The best platform for project management

What do you like best about the product?
The platform monday Work Management very easy to use, and needed in my daily routine in managing projects as system expert and as Customer Support. The integration with others platforms is very easy to configure. All the features available in the platform are very helpful when managing projects and facilitates the communication among different teams. The implementation of the platform in my routine was very uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The platform attends most of my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of the critical points in project management is one of the best way that monday Work Management benefits me the most.

Monday Helps Keep the Whole Team on Track

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is to use. When introducing it to new team members, I always say it's the easiest platform to learn! In Monday, things don't get lost and team members (and me) stay accountable of tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a strong company-wide organization system, it's easy for tasks to build up and monthly/yearly cleanup is required. Also, there are almost too many features to unlock and exlplore, but that's a good thing too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place and there's no need to search through hundreds of old emails. It also helps those who I manage keep a task list and stay accountable about their workload.

What do you like best about the product?
So many s to Monday! The features I appreciate the most is the ability to customize to our business needs, collect data and easily analyze findings.
Apprecaite how easy it is to integrate into our systems. We use daily for our business. One of our main source of internal communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I must identify a downside, it would be learning ALL the features. It is easy to get overwhelemed with learning all Monday can do and even after working in it for 3+ years, feel like I still do not have all it's capabilities!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing one central location for our company communication regarding client projects/needs. Huge benefit to be able to easily track, progress, and store client projects.

Easy to use with excellent features

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is the ability to link multiple workspaces and boards to provide an overview across all of our projects, while retaining the ability to manage each individually. Each board is super easy to set up and easy to connect to others
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could run simple mathematical operations across columns a bit more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management has become a lot easier using the platform in a collaborative manner with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use it for many thing. Could be organize your social media calander or manage a budget. Your imagination is the limit.
It's the easiest Work Management tool to learn and it integrates with pretty much every platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, nothing really. I think it's one of the best tool out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Groups everything at one spot. Easily disctinct by tabs and boards.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that threads can be easily updated, I can see when stakeholders have seen a message, and can add sub-tasks to add granularity to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to track long conversations in threads, especially when multiple new posts mix in with commented replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows my team to work async with clients and ensure all comms are consolidated in a single place.

Excellent project management tool with a lot of features

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a ton of features and available integrations to connect to other platforms. I have been using monday.com daily for several years now and am able to easily manage projects and new features to our application.

I appreciate all of the pre-built templates which make implementing boards of different types very easy, and ability to customize the boards to fit the needs of the current project.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be difficult to find the information I need with ease. The search functionality is very thorough but the results are difficult to navigate.

I have also found that it is difficult to create an executive level report to summarize several projects without a summary board. You can link items from multiple boards but it feels a bit clunky to do so.

Currently, you can only filter the entire board at once, it would be great to be able to filter at the group level as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of a project to develop a platform. We add features year-round to multiple modules within the platform and monday.com helps us keep track of our scopes for each feature as well as the discovery and development status along the way.

We use monday.com during every meeting to go over statuses and questions with upper management and assign discovery tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is clear and easy to use, it shows data in a easy to understand way. Entering data is a lot easier than other products on the market, making it accessible for everyone in the company to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like the use of formulas and automations to be simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows us clear details of all of our projects, time stamping when projects move from one point to another. It also logs and puts our KPIs in clear Diagrams. This shows the corelation between calls and getting projects to move forward. Gives us a rough time on how quickly our projects move thought the pipeline.
