What do you like best about the product?
You can use it for many thing. Could be organize your social media calander or manage a budget. Your imagination is the limit.
It's the easiest Work Management tool to learn and it integrates with pretty much every platforms.

At the moment, nothing really. I think it's one of the best tool out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Groups everything at one spot. Easily disctinct by tabs and boards.
Monday makes client comms easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that threads can be easily updated, I can see when stakeholders have seen a message, and can add sub-tasks to add granularity to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to track long conversations in threads, especially when multiple new posts mix in with commented replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows my team to work async with clients and ensure all comms are consolidated in a single place.

Excellent project management tool with a lot of features
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a ton of features and available integrations to connect to other platforms. I have been using monday.com daily for several years now and am able to easily manage projects and new features to our application.
I appreciate all of the pre-built templates which make implementing boards of different types very easy, and ability to customize the boards to fit the needs of the current project.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be difficult to find the information I need with ease. The search functionality is very thorough but the results are difficult to navigate.
I have also found that it is difficult to create an executive level report to summarize several projects without a summary board. You can link items from multiple boards but it feels a bit clunky to do so.
Currently, you can only filter the entire board at once, it would be great to be able to filter at the group level as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of a project to develop a platform. We add features year-round to multiple modules within the platform and monday.com helps us keep track of our scopes for each feature as well as the discovery and development status along the way.
We use monday.com during every meeting to go over statuses and questions with upper management and assign discovery tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is clear and easy to use, it shows data in a easy to understand way. Entering data is a lot easier than other products on the market, making it accessible for everyone in the company to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like the use of formulas and automations to be simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows us clear details of all of our projects, time stamping when projects move from one point to another. It also logs and puts our KPIs in clear Diagrams. This shows the corelation between calls and getting projects to move forward. Gives us a rough time on how quickly our projects move thought the pipeline.

The user interface is great along with all the different functionalities that make your life easier.
Also it is easy to integrate with 3rd party softwares making it almost unstoppable

There are some limitations that we are facing from time to time but there is always a workaround

The communication is top notch and the option to integrate it with 3rd party softwares makes it amazing
Helpful for workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The site and desktop app work well, it's easy to manage my workflow and communicate with collegues about active projects. It always has new features being added which help with project statuses and managment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small features that don't exisist which would be handy and sometimes I don't get notified via any comments made within a project screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what stage a project is at. Seing the progress of a project and what tasks are currently being worked on by different members of the team.
Monday did our Work Management easier
What do you like best about the product?
In Monday we can share the topics with all the members involved on studying, processing and developing. We can sent notifications, assign the tasks to person in charge, use the automation to make our job much more easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday has not dark points important to mention.

We have available all relevant information related to a topic in an only place.
Great for Project & Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday.com at various organizations and can't say enough great things about monday.com's work management - it's easy to use / intuitive, has a great, easy to follow layout, and has a lot of automations to help keep track of things like deadlines, follow-ups, and various others. I also use Work Management to create dashboards and reports to help drive accountability and keep track of business and team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to see more integration automations with Microsoft Outlook, as well as subitems, but I believe the Monday team is actively working on this.
