Monday has been an excellent project management tool for my Marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
While there is a fair amount of tools Monday.com offers, we utilize the project management tools for managing our marketing projects. We are able to systematically take marketing requests from outside sources, outline our projects, and manage all areas of our marketing efforts. The new AI tools have also assisted our team in creating content outlnes, summarize project status, and builid out useful workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the functionalities we are using is positive, what would be a nice improvement would be a closer synchronization to our HubSpot instance. Right now those software systems don't directly update each other and that causes some redundancy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our project management gaps.
I can be a bit scatter brained but this platform keeps me in check so I can see my work load.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the platform is setup and it allows for easier task management and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the Monday platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep all of our pertinent tasks in one platform. It sets reminders and reminds you of project deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is extremely helpful in streamlining communication and collaboration between all our internal departments. Boards are connected so we don't have to wonder whose statuses are at what point, and updates are consistent for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating some automations and integrations isn't as intuitive as one might hope. Basic automations are easy, but often I have to have someone from our team who is more proficient in Monday boards help me with building the automations I need to keep my boards clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At any given time, I have several projects going that need varying degrees of attention. Without monday Work Management, I would have a very difficult time keeping everything straight and updated properly. It makes it easier to keep notes and deadlines prioritized, especially if project updates come only once a month or so, and I have much less mental work to do to recall where a project is at.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many options to add any sort of information, including files and links, yet it doesn't feel overwhelming or complicated. The UI is very clear and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find a good way to track after ongoing tasks, like a task you need to complete on a weekly basis, without creating a new task each time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Tracking and documenting marketing resources such as in-house videos, banners and influencer videos. As a user acquisition manager it's easy for me to work with the other departments and track after my request.
2. Managing my tasks. It's helpful to track and prioritise my tasks as well as see what my team members are working on. Plus, my manager can also track the tasks he assigned to me without having to ask me

Reliable and Flexible Work Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management offers a clear and well-organized interface that makes it easy to keep track of tasks and team responsibilities. I appreciate the flexibility in customizing boards to fit different types of projects. The visual layout helps with quick overviews, and the built-in automation and integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive help reduce manual work and improve communication. It's a dependable platform for staying organized and improving team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features—like certain automation options or time tracking—are only available in higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Also, while the platform is user-friendly overall, getting the most out of all its features can take some time and experimentation.

Monday Work Management helps solve the problem of keeping project tasks organized and transparent, especially when working on multiple development projects at once. It reduces the need for constant check-ins by making task status, deadlines, and priorities visible to everyone. This improves team coordination, saves time on updates, and allows me to focus more on coding rather than managing workflows manually.

Customizable in a variety of ways - accommodates different Project Management styles
What do you like best about the product?
There are a wide variety of ways to customize project tracking. Projects can be tracked on a high level as well as granular. There are labels and color-coding for quick references to over-all project and individual line-item status. You can add users to the overall board or line items. Email can be integrated to automatically track communication between Project Managers and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export template is the same each time. It would be helpful to be able to edit how a board is exported so that the editing doesn't have to happen after each export.

Monday.com allows for easy collaboration between multiple stakeholders with differing roles on a project.

Easy project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for projects and to-do lists. The automations are relatively simple to set up and I like how quickly you can customize things like the status column. I know it integrates with many other pieces of software, though I don't use any connections currently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add a new layer of subitems under subitems. Overall though, I don't really have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use two types of boards, those for myself that essentially function as to-do lists, and collaborative boards that host anything from meeting agendas and their notes, to marketing calendars, to a resource hub.
Great for Organization, but Could Improve Task Management Features
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, monday.com Work Management is an excellent tool for keeping teams organized and on track. It’s user-friendly for the most part, which makes onboarding new team members fairly simple. One of the standout benefits is how it helps us manage multiple projects efficiently. It has also proven invaluable when someone leaves the organization or goes on PTO. We’re able to seamlessly take over their responsibilities without delays, keeping project progress uninterrupted.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great in many areas, there are some limitations that could be improved. Setting up recurring tasks, especially for mid-month schedules, is unnecessarily complicated. Instead of having one simple task set up, I frequently find myself creating two monthly tasks as a workaround. Additionally, setting up a reviewer column isn’t intuitive, and often requires resetting the entire task, which interrupts workflows. Addressing these issues would make an already helpful tool even better.

monday.com Work Management has been a game-changer for our remote team. One of the biggest challenges we faced was staying organized and keeping track of workflow completion without a central platform.
