Project management made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows my team to work together seamlessly and have quick snapshots of where we are in progress of our projects. Additionally, it allows us to have different boards that go into more granular detail and then roll up into a dashboard for quick viewing. From grants to strategic planning Monday has streamlined our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday has some financial management pieces that make it easy to see sums of groups on boards but we would love some ability to manage payments in and out for specific grants in more of a financial management piece.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up open grants and what they are for, who the funder is, the status of writing or submission and then later if they are granted and for how much. This lets us easily see how much we have applied for and how much has been awarded.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to keep everything organized across my team and across multiple teams in the company. It has lots of useful features and I don't know what I'd do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike about monday is the inability to easily copy multiple fields/entries when needed on other docs without exporting

What do you like best about the product?
We have streamlined several opps processes within Monday.com so that via automations, proper users are notified about new hires, terms, business request and other needs. All requests now have the same information (user name, email etc) in consistent format for reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
We did need to trial and error a few 3rd party apps to find the right bundles that we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we are global, it was key to have one consistent source of truth for may requests coming in. Monday.com has solved for that.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly for daily studio operations and offers valuable statistics when required by management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints, as it effectively meets the needs of those submitting requests for photography and image uploads.

It maintains a record of incoming work and enables me to schedule tasks efficiently on a daily basis.

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use monday.com for project management within our department, which includes sales, operations, and engineering.

What is most valuable?

monday.com makes it very easy to input any information. The style and format are user-friendly, making it practical for our needs despite some network issues.

What needs improvement?

The need for a stable connection is critical as there are network issues that slow our processes down.

Additionally, the synchronization feature is not functioning optimally.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using monday.com for two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

There are issues with stability, such as network and performance slowdowns.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We only use it within our department, comprising 50 to 70 people. We are uncertain about its scalability in other departments.

How are customer service and support?

I've never contacted customer support for monday.com as I am not responsible for managing the tool.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Neutral

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was easy. I would rate it an eight out of ten for ease of setup.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We are considering building a custom tool in our company rather than using another commercial tool.

What other advice do I have?

There must be other tools more useful than monday.com, but so far, it's good for our needs. I would recommend it for normal company users with standard project management requirements.

I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.

A warm recommendation for the Monday.com platform

What do you like best about the product?
The system is intuitive and easy to use and operate.
Its visual features are very easy to use, and anyone with a little technological experience can build the boards they need. Also, because of the system's convenient display, it is easy to Implement it in the organization.
It's also fun to see all the colors and displays that Monday offers.
Monday offers a wide variety of boards and templates, which allows anyone in almost any field to build their own boards based on existing boards while saving time and resources.
I haven't had the chance to contact customer support, but they have a support Facebook group, and I see that their team is very active and even implements rejects in a short time.
We use this platform on a daily basis in everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system does not have an interface in Hebrew at this stage. It can be very useful in Israel.
At the same time, the filter capabilities of the widget views are not yet developed enough to produce an easy data filter. I recommend considering making this process a little easier.
I would like the system to interface with more systems like WISE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The very fact that the system has a lot of features that also organize the tasks, also do automations and integrations, and also include everything in one line - already says everything!

What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to organize leads and information. Is intuitive and practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is improving with new features but still can not connect to whatsapp app. Also, i would like to have more traning oportunities in Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find is improving our emailing to leads and clients thorugh automatism. Before we used to use mailchimp, but with Monday everthing is in just one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Once I learned how to use the platform, I became very comfortable navigating and understanding its purpose. Monday.com is efficient, user-friendly, and helps our company to streamline projects and workflows. I truly enjoy using this system!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I've found anything unhelpful about it. Since I've been using Momday.com, I haven't had any issues and our contact person does a great job in making sure that the system continues to run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is helping our staff stay organized and efficient by streamlining workflows and providing real-time tracking of updates and responses. It helps us customize tasks and workflows per department and stay on top of hard deadlines. I've seen firsthand how it saves time, reduces stress, and improves overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a platform that truly does it all! It allows my team to stay connected to each other, stay on top of projects, keep up to date with clients, and honestly so much more! We are in the platform daily and the ability to customize to our needs is secon to none! It also provides us with data and insights that we don't get otherwise! I love it all so much! Having Monday integrated with Flo Desk, Gmail, my calendar creates seamless automations in my business - which saves, time, money & energy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could integrate better with my Canva account that I previously set up, but honestly could be a user error!
