What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to visually see the status of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a notification sent when someone marks something off of a "check list" within in a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for easy cross-communicaiton both internally and with clients. Keeps everyone on the same page and is a good "single source" for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
It's life to me to be able to check "My Work" and see all pending tasks across all boards! It helps me to stay on top of communication by emailing from the item as well as reminders and automations for daily task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I cannot change the columns in the sub-tasks to vary. Other than that, I absolutely love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying connected with Business Affiliates and Contractors and keeping up with current clients and their projects. I also give access to my clients to a board that outlines the project or event and they love accessing a dashboard with all of their links and responsibilites.

What I like is the capabilities of structuring and automation. It helps so much not to imput these manualy.

I think my only concern it's when you go at the end of each board you see all the completed task. I just wish it's on a archaval board instead of the task board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps all of my team to have a clear view of task revision and pending workload. It defently heps me to scope out prioties

What do you like best about the product?
monday's Work Management is easy to configure and start collaborating immediately - I use it on many of my projects, especially helpful to manage vendors and their deliverables!
What do you dislike about the product?
The calculations could be easier to build - maybe more templates for the calcs - although we have now found a work around - chatgpt now has Monday calculation answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have been able to automate several customer facing and back end challenges we were facing - and we can do this without asking IT for support or waiting in a queue. We automated 2 major processes that we rely on daily to help us move from manual intervention to full automation.

The ability to customize just about everything on the boards is great. Easy automation set up as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. The only thing I would change is adding even more complex automations.

The flow of new products added to the store. It's benefiting my company because the process is streamlined and automated so it takes out a lot of valuable hours doing stuff manually.

Great program, Monday.com has helped us keep many aspects of our business organized and up to date.

Setting up automations when creating a new board ensures dates, tasks and notifications are not missed.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Monday.com a year ago and it is now part of our everyday routine. Everything we do as a team is organized in Monday.com and we communicate with each other on a daily and even hourly basis on the platform. It has been a great tool to keep everyone on task. Customer Service at Monday.com has been great and they have been very helpful in implenmentation new automations into our boards. Can't work without Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be if the app was a little bit more user friendly. We travel a lot and like to use Monday.com on our phones but the information is hard to get to sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication about current and past jobs we are working on. Everything needed for any project is in Monday.com and anyone in the office has the access to all the information.
Efficient and intuitive project organisation
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the flexibility of the platform, which allows us to customise our workflows. We use it in our day-to-day work and now call it our ‘project management operating system’. The visual representation and integration with other tools saves us a lot of time and significantly improves team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the many functions can be overwhelming and it takes a while to get used to all the options. Getting the team on board is a real challenge. A more intensive familiarisation phase on the Basic and Pro licences could be helpful for newcomers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management mainly solves the problem of inefficient communication and lack of overview of projects. Through its centralised platform, we can track all project activities in one place, making it easier to assign tasks and meet deadlines. This leads to better organisation and ultimately increases the productivity of the team.
