Great opportunity to give free rein to my creativity in organizing my business tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Even more complex boards and graphics for statistics are quickly created and explained, allowing new employees to quickly get to grips with the subject matter as part of a clear introduction.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes a little confusing in terms of functions. Outlines and options for the borad design are sometimes a little too hidden in submenus. Location field does not allow reports from Excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
e use Monday to generate leads and pipelines, monthly statistics and agendas
Monday.com makes the week workload much more organised and easy to track projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool that helps our agency stay organised. With so many staff, each working remotely and in different timezones, we have made our Monday boards the central point where we communicate. It's easy to track everything from invoices sent from clients (and their status), tasks to do, and creative ideas to new areas of the business to work on. The list goes on; we use it all day long, too. What's also interesting is the new integrated AI feature, which is helpful. When we start working with a new client, we add them as a guest user, and we have had no complaints about them using it in the workflow - they find it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a chat feature would be helpful, but there isn't really that much that you haven't thought to, I'm my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us track projects and their status. There are many staff working on each project so its easy to see who is doing what and when and also what needs to be done. From a banking and payments aspect - we use it for invoice tracking. When we receive invoices, we add the files to each group and tag the finance team - that way we have a trail or everything and no emails are needed!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which Monday Work Management organizes tasks and sets priorities, simplifying my daily work. The template creation functionality is impressive, and the ability to manage projects within portfolios allows me a comprehensive approach. Additionally, the possibility to customize for different departments is a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how complicated it is to manage repetitive tasks in the Gantt chart of Monday Work Management. When I have tasks that need to be done on specific days, like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it's difficult to set them up to display correctly. The tasks are shown linearly or do not reflect correctly on the exact days I am going to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate the organization of tasks and documents, helping me to prioritize and focus my efforts without complications. The customization of projects and the functionality of projects and portfolios allow everything to be kept organized and within a centralized focus.
Never Have Been More Organized Before!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday work management is the absolute best! I have never been more organized at work than I have been while using Monday. I use Monday everyday to organized my tasks for the day as well as overall ongoing projects. I use it to communicate not only within the company but with customers as well. It is very easy to invite customers to boards and show them how to use.
It fits right into our company so well and the use of automations is a lifesaver. I work for a media production company and any monthly tasks that need done I set an automation to add the task to my to do list.
If customer support is needed they are always so responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about Monday. Sometimes the automations don't have all the features that I am looking for however it has most of what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps everyone in the company be on the same page. It also lets us be as transparent as possible with our customers and to keep them in the loop of how their website, video, etc. is coming along.
Simple and smooth workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, visually very attractive, works very well, allows me to organize my projects very easily, and I no longer have to use old and ugly spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing, there were a couple of times it got stuck, but that's all.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday for project management for specific project, for tracing to dos for monthly workflows, and even for day to day organization like note taking and to do lists. Integrating each of these on one platform is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional issues with small things that seem to be slightly unintuitive and make work slower than is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating workflows/notes/tasks in one collaborative platform limits duplicative work and makes complicated real estate transactions more organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to work together on tasks and have an overview of to do's and get reminders etc. Customer support was also very helpful and created and sent a video tutorial for my specific problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that is bothering me at the moment.

Collaborating on tasks together, keeping everyone informed of to do's and responsibilities.
Excellent tool for teamwork and communication

The ability to have a centrally located project management tool that project team members can easily access and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box survey functions are quite minimal. Only enterprise-level accounts have the survey tools we need, but as a nonprofit, we can't afford this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes visible our entire project planning process, allowing everyone involved in the project see the status of tasks, which helps them stay on track.
Monday makes my day to day work life extremely organsied.

The different arrangement for dates when exporting data makes it difficult to format.
