What do you like best about the product?
The benefits are the collaborative and intuitive nature of the platform,i find it very easy to update tasks and run reports at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you're in you're all in so to speak, i think it would mess with your mind coming off it and going back to another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of indivudually collating responses from the workplace, putting them all together and then running reports. Monday solves this instanly and saves so much time.

The location field does not allow Excel imports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CRM tool in The comment function allows conversations, files or updates to be stored in the leads so that every colleague is always informed.
The formulas can be used to automatically store follow-ups for specific days.sales, you can constantly use the customer bases and add new status fields whenever you have a new product, for example.

I have been able to keep all my work in order and ensure that I complete all the week needed.

It is helping me keep all my projects in order from different work aspects and see what my peers are working on.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Monday.com is to work with. The ability to quickly glance at our onboarding process and know what tasks are remaining is so easy. We also use the Dashboard view for our headcount, and various elements of the employees at our firm worldwide. This product is powerful and has been instrumental to streamlining our processes. We had a new hire comment that his onboarding was better than most he had been through at huge companies. Monday.com is part of that reason, along with a great communication tool for our small business, with worldwide virtual employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more ideas of how other companies like ours are using Monday.com. Prebuilt templates or suggested ways of using Monday.com. I believe we are probably only using 25% of the power of the product. Monthly webinars or other types of learnings, suggestions, etc. would be helpful. This comment isn't a "dislike" but a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very disjointed administrative process. Nobody knew where tasks were in the process and if they had been done. We were having piecemill results where some items were forgotten. Monday.com has greatly improved this process from onboarding, offboarding, staffing, employee lists, and equipment by employee. We also use it for meeting planning, from sourcing, contract, preparation, execution and post meeting tasks. One word for Monday.com is LIFECHANGING!

Sometimes it becomes very confusing to manage.

Makes complicated project. Simple helps me to align tasks makes it make it smaller, shorter.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's clear structure and easy to navigate between projects / campaigns, especially the feature sub-category also helps to assign / category the tasks in more specific
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe there's a way to dupplicate group but just only keep the projects/ campaigns that not yet been done and remove those already "Done", so it would save more time.

I think Monday did a good job in helping us gathering as a group for different projects with easy-to-navigate and communicate
Easy to manage projects
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple projects and accounts in one place. Dashboards make it simple to track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been a few instances of downtime through the year. My fear is also is Monday ever went bust/had a long period of downtime, we wouldn't be able to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to time track in a different platform, but have recently combined this into our Monday boards which has made things a lot simpler.

I like it because it keeps our records and database organize.

There are times that it loads quite slow.

We have a big data in our business and with the help of Monday, organizing is a piece of cake. Once your data is organized, creating report will also be easy.
Perfect for small businesses and startups!
What do you like best about the product?
As a small startup, Monday Work Management does everything we need it to, at an affordable price. My favorite feature is the ability to create a visual "analytics" page. This really helps us see our successes and also see where we need to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Monday Work Management is that each "board" is limited to 10k rows, so if you're using it as a CRM then it can be frustrating when uploading large lists.

We use Monday Work Management for multiple different things, like a CRM, sales/support requests, and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using Monday.com for over seven years, and we heavily rely on our boards to follow all projects through to completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found the integrations and custom automation can be a little more difficult to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to follow our projects through our office. Seeing the coloured tabs helps us know where we are in the day at a glance.
