Agile Tool, Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
Great, intuitive tool for organization and sharing information. Integrates with many of our other tools. Automations make work seamless which saves time, reduces redundancy in our processes, and helps ensure that information is consistent between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
As monday.com has grown, support takes longer. Pricing continues to increase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday for a CRM, project management, client finances, account management, and much more. With With board connections and mirrored columns we're able to share information between teams and provide access to critical information while keeping a single source of truth with limited edit access. The automations save us countless hours of work having to manually update data.
Most efficient CRM platform for Real Estate
What do you like best about the product?
I looked into a few CRM platforms to determine the best one for our real estate brokerage and Monday was the perfect fit. It is easy to organize and visualize. The different tabs are custom and we are able to put in all of our criteria and sync them across different boards. The ease of integration has been very helpful because we can reduce the work; one data set is automatically synced to another. For our company deal flow, it integrates all the inputs from every team member. Real estate isn't a typical sales CRM, and something like Salesforce wouldn't work for this kind of business model. I also really appreciate the Monday app; it's very well-made and works exactly like the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't had any issues. It would be preferable to pay per each user instead of in groups of 5. We have a team of 10 but should we hire someone else, we would have to pay the same as if we hired 5 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to centralize all of our deals on one platform. Now everyone at the company knows what the deal flow is for each individual and we can better guess future deal flow.

Overall flexibility and tutorial library showcasing how to use product

Requires a lot of up front work to set up processes that can be adopted and utilized by team members

Helping with team processes and communication of status of projects / tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Is very intuitive and easy to use. It allows to add/save content in many formats. It has useful automations for reminders, notifications and to trigger workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gantt charts views are not useful because don't allow for a high level view of a project timeline. Some visuals could be better, tend to be a bit cluncky. Depending on the use case the calendar views are limited. Would like to get offered more formulas based on the context of my project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tasks are difficult to track, but monday.com is making this easier. I love that can organize the board sections and task labels to fit my project.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves time and automation alerts us of license expirations coming up automatically, making it easy to collaborate, eliminating the need to all meet in the same room. Many teams use it to avoid redundancy and also for planning and calendar postings of where staff are in a meeting. We now use all the licenses we purchased, and many love the APP MARKETPLACE, where we have started adding APPS. This is easy to do for Monday.com. Our staff keeps adding uses for Monday.com for our support of K-12 schools. Our 275 members use the system all the time. I rarely need to go to customer support, and when I do they come up with a working solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps improving so we have not had a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It warns us 90, 45, and 30 days ahead of licensing expiration to avoid outages from being unaware of a license coming up for expiration. We use it to track project progress and system conversion as we progress a rollout over many systems, like with the conversion to the cloud. Our Consultants, Leadership, and Administrative Assistants use it to plan and implement all the various initiatives to improve our school's ability to improve student grades and scores.
Too much hazard to build your boards
What do you like best about the product?
Colourful, and nice graphics, easy to add and remove people and assign teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very manual, no real visibility accross different projects to be able to see progres status based on tasks completion per projects in one board. No real customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At least using it I can share priority for projects or innitiatives with my team.
Monday is a great software to manage a team

It's easy to work with and let us creat a work flow as we prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be easy to creat some integration between boards to share informations.

It's helping to control the workflow within all workers in my company.

Ease of Use, Number Of Feautures, Ease of Integration, Drag n Drop Features

It takes time time to understand its features for new users.

Workflow Automation, which solves routine project managment task. Thus reduces our manual work for reptitive task.
Amazing about 90% of the things i need is there but there is this 10% of things you don't find them.

things that seems such small things are supposed to be there in monday but you don't find them in monday and that gets frustrating.

I use daily to improve my organization. I love the colorful that it is and easy of setup differents templates.
