Excellent management and planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to modify it for one's needs

Sometimes there are update errors and I have to close and restart the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow to document everything well and save the work traces.
Monday.com has been such a great addition to our work flow!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com keeps our team organized and accountable. The automations that have been added makes Monday.com very easy for everyone to use. Our team uses this every day and we are able to get eyes on multiple things on a project all at once!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that you can't auto sort folders alphabetically and that you can't sort multiple folders into another folder all at once

It helps keep me and my colleagues stay organized.

Some of the automations could use some tweaking. They're mostly accurate, but sometimes repetitive after a task has been completed.

Managing team tasks is a dream with automations
What do you like best about the product?
There seems to be a solution to everything, whether its dependencies or automations - the options for customisation to suit a particular project of business need is unparalelled. It has so many applications, whether personal projects or goals, to team huddles, trackers and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to switch to a top-down column view to help rearrange or reorder columns quickly, without having to drag them across the screen!
Regarding intergrations, if there was a way to send email updates from a dummy account, this would help with master documents that have input from many.

Allows for collaboration in a team environment where the team work in different locations. Document control - all the intergrations and features mean that it can be used as a single source of truth
Reliable, flexible and user firendly
What do you like best about the product?
The only thing more impressive than this platforms ease of use is it's modularity.
I use this program for most of every day, and have received great feedback from stakeholders and contractors that we have onboarded to our project boards.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few elements that aren't perfectly optimised, though over the years Monday.com has made obvious efforts based on user feedback to streamline these areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a central point of information when managing projects, that allows us to move away from spreadsheets and email based management- avoiding lost and overlooked information.
Easy, comprehensive project management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes collaboration so much easier - the user-friendly format makes it easy to find information, ping colleagues and track progress and next steps. Our team uses boards for various project elements as well as onboarding steps, which made self-paced learning very effective. I check certain projects weekly, while I'm on other boards daily. The flexibility offered - especially within its ease of use - is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can find is that I don't make progress on long car trips where I lack connectivity. But that's not a Monday issue - that's a cellular service issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track technology projects, limiting the chance of losing track of next steps. I'm also able to easily manage my tasks when approving agreements, payments or amendments. Finding information is also seamless when creating new project material.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so user-friendly and easy to organize. I love the "my work" page! I truly use this as my go-to to see what tasks are needed to get done, the status of our projects, and what is falling behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the "my work" page isn't super intuitive. For how we use it, I have to update permission settings for each board to "date due" to have it show up on my "my work" page. Other than that, it's great!

Housing all of our projects and workflow in one place, tracking the team's progress, planning out timelines

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple ways to organize a board to track your work on a daily basis. It's also easy to duplicate a board and update it for the next week of work. I never miss a task or deadline using monday.com

I can't think of anything I dislike at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an administrator for my company, I have varied daily tasks and monday keeps me on track and helps me with AR and billing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, easy to teach other people how to use it. Regular updates with new functions. It is basic software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format we use it in can't be linked to calendar dates, making reoccurring tasks impossible. Sorting won't stay saved on individual views. There are some small tweaks that would make it much better.

It's faster than using excel.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like most about Monday.com is its ability to connect teams, centralize information in one platform, share ideas, and collaborate — all of which help us achieve our goals. Features like task automation, forms, and many others take our productivity to light speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tha restriction to buy minimum pack of 5 accounts. Sometimes we just need one or two more accounts and we need to buy five.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem to have fragmented data in many others applications across our business. With Monday, we can centralize the information, which not only allow us to communicate but also help us to manage and keep the business knowledge and information.
