Monday.com is a core tool to my workday
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Monday.com to be very user-friendly and so flexible. It can be whatever I need for each project. For some projects it's simply a database or reporting tool, for others it is fully integrated into the project from planning to implementation and beyond. The functionality and reliability of the platform has been fantastic and customer support has been the best I've ever experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even the most helpful tool is just one more program to your co-workers. Getting others onboard with Monday.com has been the downside and has limited my implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first started using Monday I needed an accessible database tool that I could update with new data and automatically generate reporting for all stakeholders without any programming knowledge on my part. While there are other programs out there that could have solved this problem, I found Monday.com to be the most accessible to me. Once I built my first board, my engagement only grew. One board quickly became 5 boards, and then a dashboard for reporting, and then I found that all of my projects had migrated into Monday.com in at least one aspect and I no longer needed to bounce from program to website and back again since I could feed everything into Monday for easy access and quick reference.
Monday.com is a easier way to find clients and see who is working on their case.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it easier to see which coordinator or case manager is working with a client and facility
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish is was easier to see a person caseload when you search by the coordinator name
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's easier to see which person is working working on a certain client and it's easier to send messages
Indispensable tool for our marketing team!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes our team meetings much faster and more efficient, we're able to see at a glance everything we have to get done in the coming days and weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the interface is a bit overwhelming, there are so many views and settings available, which is great, but having the option of turning on a "focus" mode with reduced visual distractions would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to see clearly who needs to do what and when. Having everything in one place keeps everyone on track and accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the Monday platform because it’s intuitive and easy to navigate. The clean design gives it a sophisticated feel, and it allows me to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate tasks to my colleagues with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to set up automations within the Monday platform, but it isn’t always possible. I have to combine different features, and even then, it’s not exactly what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize the team’s tasks. We can manage the SLA of each activity and create automations for various processes

The ability to collaborate with other teams through Monday has made communicating and meeting deadlines much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a bit to hear from customer support since we use monday freuently on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation feature allows me to remind people about deadlines and archiving content at a quicker pace than doing it manually. It's nice to set up an automation and saving these templates to use later on.
Monday has enabled us to keep our employees more accountable and keep projects on time!

Real time updates and activity logs to keep accountability

Guests used to have the availability to check activity logs but that feature has been removed so it is a bit frustrating but we have found a work around

Monday has given us more time for actual work and decreased our non-essential meeting time

It can be a little slow to load for larger boards. I wish the widget limit per dashboard were higher

Monday really helps to manage varied tasks and projects across multiple workflows, and provides great widgets/charts to easily digest large amounts of data
A solid project organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is highly intuitive, which is essential for the individuals I bring onto our projects. They need to hit the ground running, and with the platform being simple and easy to grasp, we are usually able to do just that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of tasks we have can look overwhelming to our clients, I wish there were more ways to show them the progress they've made in an organized fashion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can display all the tasks required for our project in one place. We can also host resources for those tasks. This helps our project stay on track with deadlines, and let our clients be more self sufficent.
Super User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps all of our stakeholders organized and in sync - employees, contractors, and clients. Our projects are vastly different, but the opportunity to tailor each board to our precise needs makes it easy for us to keep everything all on Monday. No need for spreadsheets! Whenever I've run into a problem, the help desk has been super responsive. Our daily use of Monday keeps us running like a well-oiled machine - we'd be lost without it! We've tried a few other platforms, but this is the one we're all in agreement over. Recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicating a series of boards sometimes requires some manual tweaking to get them ready to deploy, which can be time consuming, depending on the project and stakeholders who will use the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps us all organized and on the same page!
Monday.com keeps me relaxed at work
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual worker, I also live off lists. Monday.com makes it so easy to drop my thoughts into monday lists as tasks, orgainze them and act effeciently. Moving tasks into the complete group not only makes me feel like im getting things accomplished, it acts as a record for weather or not a task was completed and keeps me honest with my teams.
For team dashboards, gives me piece of mind knowing the projects/activiteis I'm collaborating on are progressing, helps centralize communications on work being done/needing to be done and avoids unnecessary follow ups that no one wants to get (unless you need a reminder like I do from time to time) but work tracked in monday removes that burden

What do you dislike about the product?
As I was writing this review I was thinking about how my pinned monday.com tab soemtimes gets lost in the chaos and how having it live as an app on my desktop would make life easier... I Just found the desktop version in the app store.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get requests throughout the day that if not actioned immediately or organized in some way, would either get lost or throw me off my rythem. Lets me stay focused on priority tasks and stay effecient.
Also helps me know how requests are progressing, feel calm knowing things are moving along without disturbing teammates or lets me know when things need to be escelated
