Great System!
What do you like best about the product?
I love its appeal to the eye and the ease of usage. I love the quick responses, and timely corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it doesn't put the actual date on the entry when it has passed a certain number of days. For example instead of saying 11.5.24 it will show 7 days ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bridging the gap of communication between the field mechanics and the office staff. The field reports elevators that are shut down and need repairs and the office coordinates between departments to make sure the repairs are resolved.
Adapting to both your needs and imagination
What do you like best about the product?
The built-in templates offer a great starting tool for those whom cannot be creative in their day-to-day needs. The templates are a great starting point for those that are unfamiliar on how to utilize Monday's capabilities. They offer easy implemntation by offering various integrations with other softwares, tools, automations, forms and charts that any user can adapt to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when creating a board from scratch the automations can be cumbersome. This usually occurs when trying to create a more complex automation that does not seem to catch. It can cause wasted time on figuring out what triggers are causing the default in the automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our line of business, a clients' requests and complexities of their jobs can be tedious to follow. This is where Monday.com has assisted us in tailoring our workflow management in order to know at what status and stage a clients' job/project is. It has assisted us in being able to identify painpoints as well as bottlenecks in our operations.

I really like this program it easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dont like about monday.com is that sometimes it lags when you try to put an item in,other than that it works awesome.

Being able to separate the task of a project while also monitoring due time for projects is a must when working on a time with several other people
Monday changed our team work and workfload
What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been very helpful for uploading all tasks and organizing our clients' workflow. It allows us to understand the process of each task and improve time management. We have been using the app in the agency for almost three years, and we have organized all the optimizations for our clients. As a manager, I can see all the tasks completed by my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it, but I would like to know if the platform has reporting options for uploading and analyzing data, detailed notifications, and read notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, organizing tasks and projects for our agency and clients, we have all our clients organized by teams and it's so much easy to work in

I love how tasks for the whole team are in one cenrtal place and how you categorize by individual, team, priority etc. It also gives you reminders when the tas is due

Monday.com for a Travel Company
What do you like best about the product?
The holy grail of organisation, it has streamlined all of our processes into one application. We use it to track customers from booking stage to returning from their trip. I love the automation you can set up and how easy forms etc are to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very trivial but i'd like more colour options, would like to see formulas implemented, and the automatic emails we have set up by integrating outlook, it would be good if we could make these look better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a master portfolio, it solves having to constantly run reports from our other system for each task. E,g searching for departures for ticket team, searching for the returning clients for the feedback team. It is all in one place and we can clearly see what is what.

you need to pay for a lot of the 'better' automations.

Monday is, hands down, the most user-friendly project management software we have used. Additionally, the customer support and dedication to software improvement make Monday.com the best PM software available.

Monday.com has so many capabilities that it can be overwhelming at times. There is always that hint of doubt that you are receiving all the benefits simply because Monday has so many powerful options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agency has many moving parts and multiple departments. Monday.com allows our department heads to easily set up and manage multiple flows of work at a time, becoming an invaluable piece of software for our company.
