What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a useful tool for efficiently and simply prioritizing , Structuring and organizing your work activities. It is ideal for usage in situations Where you require a structured framework for your tasks. and how The group Can view projects and workflow together.

At the moments, There is nothing i don't like about using monday.

organizing my daily activities and gathering all of my work in one locations. Having a single dashboards for everything I do helps me be more productive and save time, Which enables me to do more and provide better outcomes for my team and myself.
It was so successful for my team that we rolled it out across the whole organisation

monday is great for organising my team's work, for getting work signed off and for working collaboratively across teams. You can see who is busy and who has capacity. You can also automate simple admin jobs to free yourself up to do more important project work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure there are many bad features. You can adapt monday in so many ways, it can always do the wprk you want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jobs automatically come into monday, so you can track what projects are live, which are stuck, and which need sign off. You can track how long any job has taken and which departments are using more studio time. It also keeps all project management comms in one place and menas you can use your emails more efficiently.

The UI is best on monday.com. It gives me a complete template for whatever I need.

Pricing is too high to go beyond free subscription for an individual

When you are a digital marketing manager who is overload with not only big tasks but many small tasks it help me to remember those task and for reminders.

Users will be able to set up a monday boards in an extremely simple manner and will know what to do on an intuitive level. Simultaneously, there is a great deal of potential for more sophisticated configuration with a greater level of automation and intelligence. Work well with slacks and other programs as well.

It Might be a mistakes on my end, But i wish Monday had an email sending features. I could use sending my welcome emails to clients as an examples. Having a template ready to send automatically would be wonderful.

Like any platform with potential,Monday occasionally has a steep learning curve. The day to day operations are usually operational, but if you want to get the most out of your setup and personnel, you will need to put in some effort. But everything went out well thanks to the support team of monday.com!

The best thing is how quickly this tool is implemented into my daily routine. The interface is ready to start right out of the box, you just have to worry about uploading your files and your calendar. It also has valuable integrations in the marketing world.

Customer service is not as specialized as I would like, as it is a tool that almost works on its own, I think they do not bother to put experts to handle customer requests and queries.
