monday offers the best management tool for our campaign planning as well as collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday, we can map very complex processes and collaborate seamlessly across teams. We have now mapped many workflows through Monday and also use integrations with other tools as well as our internal booking program - this reduces duplicate work and the automations support our daily tasks. Monday is an integral part of our task planning and can no longer be imagined out of our daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not encountered any limitations. All our processes can be mapped via Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many complex processes that need to be clearly presented. With monday, that's no problem! Additionally, we also use monday extensively for our internal and external communication (e.g., with partners).

It’s a great place organize, prioritize and categorize all of our work projects

It’s wonderful for what I need. No complaints

It allows us to see all the steps of large projects and keep people accountable with which pieces they are responsible for. It allows us to stay on track

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is SO easy to get up and running. There are numerous features that allow you to have as simple (or complex!) project management toolset. We use Monday everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found Monday was initially tricky to share with clients - however, customer support helped us fix this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keep us all on track with client projects. We could not survive without it now. It's intuitive to use and makes our clients feel like they have strong oversight with the projects

What do you like best about the product?
It is all very organized and easy to use/find whatever you need. Great for separating and organizing different jobs. I like that you can tag people in specific things to ask questions or make note of something and can always go back and see that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have yet to have any issues or dislikes about it! It works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes everything so simple. With multiple people having access, it is so easy for everyone to go on and complete tasks letting everyone else know it is done. You can communicate right on the specific task or in the main chat to discuss whatever you need and I love that you can always go back to the chats if need be. Very easy to use and very well organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to create tasks for my team members, and follow up. Also, automation is wonderful. We have created weekly agenda items to elevate productivity among them. We have used this program in our Operations Department for almost two years, achieving target goals easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing Files could be more intuitive. The tool improves the management of priorities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and follow-up tasks is great. Automation helped to reduce time.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is so easy to use - everything is very logical, I can colour code things, and the automations save me so much time
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have integrations using my gmail account and I have to change the password it turns off all automations that use it and I have to go in manually and reconnect them all - it only happens every couple of months but its quite irritating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are adding more and more automations that are helpful and are always reaching out for feedback and acting on it

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customization. We can tailor boards to fit a wide range of workflows—from simple content tracking to complex project timelines. Automations and status updates keep everyone aligned without constant check-ins, and the interface is intuitive even for new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the Comment/Update field heavily and would like to be able to search on comments or keywords, but have not found an easy way to perform this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us solve visibility and organization challenges across teams. For knowledge base content, it gives us a structured way to track article ownership, progress, and updates—all in one place. For projects, it helps us break work into manageable phases, assign responsibilities, and monitor timelines. This has reduced manual follow-ups, improved cross-team collaboration, and made our processes far more efficient and scalable.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com boards are an incredibly intuitive and flexible tool for managing projects and team workflows. The visual layout makes it easy to track progress, assign tasks, and collaborate in real time. Customization options are a major plus—you can tailor boards to fit any workflow, whether it’s a marketing campaign, product development, or team planning. Overall, Monday boards help boost transparency and productivity while keeping everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I would change about Monday boards, it's how easy it is to accidentally delete something without a clear way to recover it or track if someone else deleted it by mistake.
