Great work management software
What do you like best about the product?
It is ideal for project management and team collaboration, ranging from the most basic tasks to agile sprints and software development. Nonetheless, for basic operations it may be less appropriate due to its pricing model, as firms with limted resources may find greater value in less expensive solutions that provide key functionalities at a reduced cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timetracking is a great notion in monday.com but it does not allow API entry with write access to the timetracking column. If possible, update timetracking via API. It would be more useful. In order to transfer tracking from another platform, such as Quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday.com every day. When someone asigns me a task, I add it to my monday.com schedule to ensure that I do not forget it. I also include explanations and specifics about the assignment so that I remember every critical aspect. It is that simple monday.com is a valuable tool for tracking progress among colleagues. I use it to make task monitoring easier, communicate with team members, manage and keep all records, and monitor deadlines to ensure I don't miss any.
Ultimate productivity platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows you to create customizable boards to track prescription, refills and medication orders. Eash board can be tailored to a specific workflow, ensureing everyone's on the same page. Need to collaborate with technicians on specific medication? Monday.com facilitates seamless communication with in your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's specially frustrating when dialing with larger projects. The app can lag and sometimes even crash. I really wish the mobile experience was as smooth as the desktop one. It often find myself on the go and needing to cheak in on projects, but the app feels clunky and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely can be though but this tool is a lifesaver! It helps us stay on top of everything without being in the same room. We can easily see what everyone's working on and how project are coming along.
Great tool for workplace task and activity management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides seamless structure with tied-up data. For example, I use it often for user onboarding. What request does needs to be fulfilled in order for a new employee to be properly onboarded on day 1. You can also create forms that fills-in specific information which you can use to determine if certain data sets aren't completed yet and needs to be processed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The probable thing that prospective decision-makers would get irked about is it's cost. Sure, it has automation and forms. However, there's a steep learning curve when you're not familiar with tools such as Monday.com, you have to do the basics (at least).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Monday.com is helpful when it comes to user onboarding, training requirements and inventory.
Great app for productivity and team work
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for productivity and collaboration between teams. The UI is userfriendly it's easy to follow projeccts, and tasks .
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming for new users because there are plenty of features and customization options. You need to use it frequently and gain some experience to master the functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and team collaboration are the main ones. visualizing workflows, communication tools and the automation features save a lot of time.
Work management with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
One new things I like is how easy it is to create reports for employees, clients or projects. The dashboards help you see all the important information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is the formula tool. Right now you can use formulas to do calculations, but you can not use them in automations. I think that is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant and lead developer, I use monday.com to handle client, project, and personnal data. Monday.com also helps you manage personnal data. Monday.com also handles overall work assignment, time tracking, performance report preparation, and a variety of other management functions. We have over 30+ clients who use monday.com in their businesses. We integrate different apps with monday.com based on customer requirements, such as Slack, GHL and some others. It is an excellent tool for teams to efficiently manage their workload.

Because there are so many tools, it can be overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps our team to various stages of our projects from starting pf design concepts to ending design concepts. This tool is very helpful to our team because by using this tool we can manage and track inventory pf material and decor items. It also helps our team to generate reports on project progress. This tool is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had nothing to dislike in this tool. Untill we use this tool we did not face any problem yet.

Monday.com solving the problem of collaboration for our team. We can communicate and collabarate with another team member such as sharing files. This tool helps our team to manage client interactions and track project requirements. It is very helpful for our company.
Perfect knowledge base for companies
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support team can collaborate and navigate using the search button using just keywords of the topic we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are a lot of people accessing the site specifically for our company, it took longer than usual to load hence, customer waiting times are being extended and sometimes cause dissatisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we need to review and get information with unfamiliar topics, you can easily check if this is already published by our quality assurance team.
Monday.com Makes Everyday Tasks A Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I am in sales, so having a tool to manage and track my pipeline is really necessary. Spreadsheets are clumsy and cumbersome, which is what I used before monday.com. Being able to tag my colleagues in deals that are relevant to them is super helpful and cuts down on a lot of interoffice communication on other apps. I also find it super helpful when discussing my pipeline in our weekly all-hands meetings. Everything that I need to report on is right there. Lastly, it is very ease to learn to use. I missed our onboarding training, but was able to figure out how to set up my account and pipeline within minutes on my own. It really is that easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything yet that I dislike about using monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps provide more transparency throughout our company on the sales pipeline and has made managing my own pipeline much easier, freeing up previously wasted time to focus on other tasks.
Monday makes project management seamless!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the various automations and the ease in which Monday can be used – also the variety of boards is great, and the updates via email/notifications make it easy to stay on top of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not super intuitive, and I often wish I could use Monday but opt not to for certain tasks when I need to share them with the wider organization who doesn't have Monday accounts / is not familiar with the tool.
