What do you like best about the product?
I like that others can see your capacity, and that it is fairly fluid in terms of assignment/project details. Good solution for assignment based work.

No major issues with it, maybe just a better layout display.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday Work Management is its flexibility and ease of use. The visual layout makes it simple to track tasks, deadlines, and team progress at a glance. The ability to customize boards, create automations, and integrate with other tools (like Slack, Google Workspace, and Excel) has made our workflows much more efficient. It brings transparency to our projects and helps different departments stay aligned without endless back-and-forth communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Monday Work Management. The platform is intuitive, highly customizable, and meets all our needs for task tracking, collaboration, and workflow management. It’s been a seamless experience so far, and any minor issues are easily addressed with the platform’s regular updates and responsive support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management has helped us solve several key problems related to task tracking, cross-team coordination, and visibility into project progress. Before using Monday.com, our team struggled with scattered information, missed deadlines, and a lack of centralized updates. Now, with everything in one place—from timelines and responsibilities to status updates and file sharing—we’ve significantly improved our efficiency and accountability.
It has also helped reduce unnecessary follow-ups and manual tracking, thanks to automations and reminders. As a result, our workflows are more organized, team communication is smoother, and decision-making is faster and more data-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily so i can say it stands out for its clean, visual interface and flexibility across different types of projects. Easy to track tasks, deadlines, and team progress at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the integration and implementation are quite straightforward. Also, reporting options could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual updates and repetitive tasks - maybe i did not found out a shortcut.

Arrangement and easy find options, availability on both PC and Mobile, which make it easy on the go, very accurate data and information reports

Only some formats are not accepted in some fields

allow monitor status and updates instantly which not let me miss any events

The most useful aspect of Monday Work Management is the ease with which you set up projects, stages, and it can be viewed in various ways, such as Gantt chart, Kanban structure, and the integration with other applications.

The automation part of workflows is still lacking for a large platform, but they are improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is assisting me with daily tasks like scheduling, it helps me with the importance levels of each task, it is speeding up my work in terms of organization.

It helps us organize the myriad of tasks and associated deadlines for each of our clients. We use automations to notify the various team members of upcoming deadlines and to keep everyone abreast of the client communication

We love the ability to manage views, tasks & boards as well as assigning things to other team members!

One thing that would be more effective for us would be additional sub categories under tasks. A subtask of a subtask

It allows the whole team to be in the loop and understand what each department is working on.
Monday.com: Great UX, needs improved date/export support
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides customizable features, labels, and formats which allows multiple departments in our company to function and communicate. As an administrator, user management, and system management is easy to use as well as implement and train as new features are released.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of our major dislikes is that system dates and times, like when an Item was created cannot be used in formulas or automations. We end of pulling the board and the activity log into excel and do matches/lookups there to identify data discrepancies. Another is pivot tables, we use multiple tables and there is not a great way without using an integration partner to export data into Excel/PowerBI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com in two departments two completely different ways. In our Strategic Sales department we use Monday.com for CRM activity tracking. This solves the problem of our field team not have access to our server based CRM. The data they enter in Monday is then moved into the CRM on a daily basis. In our Marketing department we use Monday to track our Promotions calendar, communication with Sales and the Customer, as well as other project coordination and management.
Great software for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
It's automations and workflows are crucial to our work, being able to send multiple emails out, manage systems, creating multiple templates and SOW's makes our work so much easier. I would recommend for any non profit looking to organize themselves well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use some more customization on it's forms. They look very plain right now.

CRM Systems, Email Collection, Surveys, Project Management, Kanban boards, Project Documentation.
