Really nice project management software - better than Excel
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great project management software. It's better than Google Sheets or Excel. You can tag key contributors, set due dates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sub items cannot have different columns than the main items. makes it difficult to create subtasks that may have a necessity for a different set of tasks

Step wise duration for each step is not getting track. Can add more steps like In Development, In Testing, Ready to deploy, Deployment Done etc...

I have yet to find anything that I dislike.

As someone involved in multi-departmental projects, one of the biggest challenges is keeping everyone aligned—especially when teams have different workflows, priorities, or tools. Monday.com has significantly improved how we communicate and collaborate across teams.

The value of the corporate plan is considerable.

It is a great project management tool where we can manage project and assign the tasks to the team easily.

Difficult to set up team collaboration and a lack of customer service for any training and support.

Management of complex project with correct assignment of tasks to the team.
Make work management easy
What do you like best about the product?
We are using monday.com as a team of developers and can easily assign (sub--) tasks to different people. We can set priorities, deadlines and the status of the work progress which helps to keep track of what is done and what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we did not use any of the export features that are provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are also using monday.com to do time tracking of external employees that are paid by the hours they are working for us. They can add the time they were working and a description what they did.
Monday is the best PA anyone can ask for
What do you like best about the product?
Before Monday my desk was covered in sticky notes & a messy diary I just couldn't follow. It has helped me to stay on track with my tasks & deadlines to ensure I don't drop the ball. It's the first app I use when I sit behind my desk, and the last app I close before signing off.

I wish I had used Monday sooner in my career already.

Staying on track of all my tasks & projects.
It is a lovely work management platform that is very easy to use and a great way to track projects

The time tracking feature on sub items is genuinely so amazing. It helps our team put things in perspective

I think the automations could use some work they break constantly when trying to go from one board to another

What do you like best about the product?
"I really like the automation features, which save time and help streamline repetitive tasks. I also appreciate the ability to interact with fellow users directly within the platform, especially by using their email links on specific line items—this makes collaboration and follow-ups quick and easy. Once you explore the platform and get used to it, it becomes quite intuitive. I haven’t encountered any issues with customer support or general usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that I’m not fully aware of all the features and capabilities, so I’m likely not optimizing my use of the platform. While the automation tools are helpful, they can sometimes be confusing to set up or manage without clear guidance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve the problem of staying on top of multiple projects and deadlines. It centralizes communication, task tracking, and collaboration, which reduces the need for back-and-forth emails and helps prevent things from falling through the cracks. The automation features also save time by reducing manual follow-ups, allowing me to focus more on meaningful work.
