Monday.com: accuracy and instant visibility
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive to create graphs and tables, giving us an overview of how our projects are progressing. It is straightforward to search for, locate, and track certain clients as well as our relationships and market demands. The flexibility to develop unique integrations that work well with our other design and communication tools is something we cherish.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't create dashboards within dashboards, which makes it challenging to organize projects that need varying levels of detail. To work around this we organize our projects using custom labels and columns, but ideally we would prefer to have nested dashboards, for better organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Monday.com we had difficulty managing product lines at the time from the design phase, to distribution. This often led to delays and inconsistencies. Thanks to Monday.com we've managed to create a flow of coordination, among our design, manufacturing and sales departments.
The Best Tool Tou Didn't Know You Needed
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to use it for nearly any aspect of your business is truly astounding. The automations also allow you to do incredible customizations to really enhance your work flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I wish it had more complex calculation abilities like Excel, but that's really my only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us streamline projects and production for nearly every department in our company. It has also been an incredibly useful document storage system.
Managing with Monday.com : From complexity to clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's user friendly and productive layout helps us organize client related materials, like contracts and HR guidelines making it easy to access information promptly and securely for reviewing or revising data. Notifications are instantaneous, keeping us to stay informed, about any modifications in interview timetables and recruitment news ensuring we don't overlook interactions with job seekers and employees. Moreover it enables us to upload and exchange documents directly from the system streamlining our collaboration, with partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com provides a variety of features although its pricing might be higher compared to services available. However it offers more, than monitoring project and task deadlines, which helps justify its premium cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has enhanced the clarity and visibility of our recruitment procedures enabling, to the minute monitoring of every candidates progress from applying to joining the team. This system empowers us to gather all paperwork in one easily accessible digital storage space.
Great product with a few shortcomings
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an easy tool to use for task management, and I think their strongest feature is "My Work". It is an easy way to see everyone's tasks all across different projects. I have extensively used Monday for at least 4 years, but recently I made a switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some deal breakers for me and that is why I made a switch to another app:
- Creating docs and organizing them is a mess, I needed it to build a knowledgebase for my team
- Automations are not the best! The available APIs are limited and need to use 3rd party tools like Make and Zapier to build the automations
- I've used Monday since 2020, It has gradually become slower and slower over time
- A lotta times typing is choppy and it overwrites over what you have already typed and does not save in real time

If you use it correctly, you won't lose track of the tasks and projects.
Monday.com impressively handles the management of projects
What do you like best about the product?
We have flexibility, in tailoring dashboards to display projects categorized by factors like campaigns upcoming events and more. Each project comes with sections for milestones, dates and managers. Additionally every project has its own unique email link allowing us to keep all communications visible in one place on the respective dashboard. This eliminates the hassle of switching, between Outlook or other email services.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we need to ask questions to the support team sometimes we can't talk to the person we started with and end up speaking to different representatives. It would be nice if we could stick with the person from start, to finish when sorting out the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has improved our operations by offering a platform that allows us to break down and display each project in dashboards. These dashboards include tasks, deadlines and key information, to each project. This change has shifted the dependency to multiple communication channels, consolidating all messages into a single space that's easily accessible to teammates.
Monday.com for Higher Education
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely versatile and simple to use allowing new users to get started creating solutions right away! The ability to add automations is great, as is the abilty to integrate with other key platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com had a dedicated higher education team to work with us and others, however, they decided to dissolve the team with little notice. The team understood our needs and challenges and was able to respond quickly to questions and issues we had. Very unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday's greatest strength for us was the ability to quickly create workflow solutions to increase our operational efficiency.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving problems related to project management and team collaboration by providing a centralized platform for task tracking, communication, and workflow automation, benefiting users by streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and improving overall organizational efficiency.
Easy to use, highly integrable and saves us so much time
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and understand, didn't tale very long at all to learn how to use and implement. Customer support has always been great and fast, fixing or helping us with every issue we have had. This is our main software we use for everthing so its used almost everyday and it stands upto the task. The integration on Monday is amazing with plenty of options for almost everthing you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a little slow and glitch out a little but nothing that really affects your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes our lead process so much more streamlined going though everything from leads to deals and then finance and shipping. It also allows us to keep track of all of our communication and notes of where we are at with our leads. It is also used as a masterlist for all of the customers who have purchased a product as we need to stay in regular contact with them.
Monday.com great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and easy to create tasks, timelines, charts, and manage projects. The mobile-friendly version is simple to use with single sign-on (SSO) functionality. An excellent feature of monday.com is its ease of data import and export. Implementation was very easy, and customer support provided great directions and help on issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of how many tasks are displayed under my task section, there is a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using spreadsheets to track projects and tasks, I can use a system that allows easy sharing and also generates charts and reports.
The clever and sophisticated solution for coordinating projects
What do you like best about the product?
The interface seems dependable with quick and consistent page reloads ensuring our information stays current. The project views offer flexibility allowing for zooming, in and out to see a detailed or summarized view when required. Notably we can create filtered reports, by name to update members of the team and conduct an analysis of the information. Lastly Monday.com provides the convenience of scheduling support calls for advice, which's a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hyperlinks in the text box widget had some issues, causing behavior and making it slightly more challenging to quickly access external resources related to the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has met our expectations in enhancing our project collaboration efforts and addressing the issue of communication. It helps us carefully plan and coordinate our tasks track their progress display deadlines, for each team member and tailor our workflows—all through one central platform.
