Appreciation of the product
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to access and user friendly. Has a ton of solutions and possibilities for data sharing. It has tons of software integreation options, like uploading data from Excel, Domo, CRM's and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version isn't as user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communcation. We are a nearly 100% virtual company and meetings are much easier with Monday notes and boards. It keeps track of conversations so we don't lose information in our email inboxes.
Intuitive project management app
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it organizes different boards so you can stay on track with your different projects and deadlines without feeling overwhelmed by seeing them all at once. It's great for sending out deadline reminders and tagging in the necessary people to a project. It was a quick platform to learn when I started and has an intuitive design and the built-in daily to-do list is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have trouble refreshing or may lag every so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all deadlines in one area and includes all of the necessary individuals in assignments as needed. It lays out calendars ahead of time so you can know what you've completed, are currently working on, and will work on in the future, plus it makes it possible for you to tag in other users who may be helping out with a collaborative project too.
Monday - Great Way to Track Your Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
A great way to track items for payroll. We use it to track our to do's for payroll and are able to give access to others so they can add items to our boards for each pay period and can attach any documents we need as back up for the request. Love that we can lock certain fields for only select people to edit. I am able to have my own boards for my own tasks and can track where I am in my goals. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to remove empty/unused boards that were created by employee's who have left the company, just hard to get someone to remove them for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have different boards fr each pay period and we can grant access to those in other departments that may need to add things for each payroll. With working from home we don't ahve a great way to keep documnetation for back up on what we did for each payroll, Monday makes this easy as we can attach documents to the task, such as emails, spreadsheet, PDF's of letters and such. I also use it to track changes we make in our payroll syste that may effect employees taxes each qtr so we have documentation of what we have done and why and how we may need to fix it. We have lots of employees who move around and that is not easy to track when they move states and we have to track taxes for them. Monday makes that much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The look of Monday is very pleasing and easy on the eyes. I am such a fan of the different column functions; being able to type text, select from a preset list of options and changing the status of projects. There are so many different add-ons that can used for your different boards that are helpful when gathering certain data or integrating certain things. I use Monday every single day at work and I can't believe that I use to rely on several different excel sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is a slight learning curve to using Monday. I found it to be quick confusing at first, but the more I use it and the more videos I watch about different functions; the easier it gets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Monday has helped to create better organization workflows in order for me to be more efficient and productive throughout the day.
Customizable for multiple departments
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite parts of monday is the ability to customize the boards to suit my project. Whether I need to simply keep track of some numbers or track an ongoing project, I can change titles, colors, types, and pretty much anything else I can think of from the main view. There are also a ton of options for customizable views depending on how you want to track something or present it if needed. I'm also a huge fan of the "Forms" option, as it gives me the ability to gather info from other staff in my company without granting them access to the board or creating additional logins for limited needs. The automation is another huge plus. I can keep people in the loop about projects or remind myself about deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is sometimes the forms viewer and tables have glitches like being out of order or attaching uploads from someone else's form. I've also had some trouble with the exports to Excel being in an unusable format that requires reformatting to be functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our previous program, it was difficult to keep track of multiple running tasks as they were all on different screens, had to be searched for, etc. Monday allows me to open the board and see exactly what projects are still ongoing. what step they are on, and what I need to do next.

Neat and Orgaized
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization of the software. It's so sleek and organized, it makes work feel almost kind of fun. It's very easy to use and has plenty of features to help keep track of things. Integration and implementation on the use of monday is not hard at all, either. And we use it every single day at our company. The customer support team is amazing, too. They are kind and understanfing, while maintainig professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is no downside. No complaints from here!

Monday helps keep all our needed documents and files in one space that isn't One Drive.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's GUI and customisation is really strong, probably the best of the major PM/CRM software solutions - but sadly the reliability is poor

The system is slow, buggy, overwrought and unreliable

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use the calendar feature to plan out my work month and plan which tasks I'm going to do on which day. This way I have a clear idea of what my working month looks like and what capacity I have remaining. It helps me understand how much room I have for adhoc tasks and how much time I need to spend on each tasks to ensure I can have everything done on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't set specifc days as holiday days if they're not together consecutive. I also would like to see a GoogleDrive intregation feature so I can upload my spreadsheets instead of having to make them a second time inside the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track of my tasks over the month and hels me orgainse them into a time-sensitive order so I can ensure that tasks get done in the most efficient way.
Monday is a solid product for organized project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage and I find the color coordinating is easy to pin point lots of things to navigate much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be sometimes difficult to move things across from one set of projects to another, possibly due to restrictions or just the design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is certainly helping large task list projects that can be easily assigned to users and can see the progress or items if stuck can be elaborated on.
