A tool that has increased communication and organizational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easily cutomizable so it allows users to use it in multiple areas. We have set up boards for different aspects of our business which results in better communicaton and greater efficiency. End users can check the boards for answers and not reach out directly to co-workers, which allows them to complete more requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards are cappped at 10,000 entries and the monthly price per person has jumped significantly since we started using monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved multiple problems. It allows for management to track work progress and allows for the end user to see the stauts of their requests. This has reduced the number of calls allowing for greater productivitiy.

Best for managing a team of interns!

What do you like best about the product?
As a team leader, I used to face a lot of difficulties while managing the interns and tracking the tasks and deadlines assigned to them. In the field of law with complex cases comes the difficulty of assigning them as projects to the interns and tracking their deadlines.
However, thanks to this amazing platform. It allows me to track my team and their work. The dashboard is quite user-friendly and you can even customise it according to your work requirements. Earlier I had to go back and forth with the spreadsheets I had made to keep a track of the data I had shared with the team but now it's very simple to access it, as Monday.com allows integration with various other platforms. This allows auto syncing of my data and reduces my workload of maintaining it manually. Moreover, all the custom tools and features are easy to implement. With the frequency of using this platform, my teams management performance has seen quite an enhancement. They have a comprehensive Customer Support, so there are no issues with query resolution as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I disliked any feature. Though, the pricing could be a bit cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a huge team of interns working under my leadership. It's a huge responsibility to track their work and progress diligently and keep a record of it. Monday.com solves the issue for me by allowing me to manage all of it efficiently!

A helpful tool for projects and everyday work

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday every day to organise and manage my work. You can use this tool to plan tasks and track their progress. You can also assign tasks to team members who can then work on them.

A particular advantage is the ability to create templates over time, so you don't have to start from scratch every time, saving you time.

Excel spreadsheets can be easily integrated and boards can be created.

Setting up automations may take some time at first, but it makes work much easier later on and increases efficiency.

Customer support is fast and helpful.

In addition to task management, I also use Monday to create holiday schedules or attendance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if boards can be created from Excel spreadsheets, integrating them into existing boards is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday Tool in the team for the entire project planning and implementation. As well as for internal communication and other processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Was able to pick up on it very quickly without training and I can't live without it! Love how intuitive and it is and use it everyday. integration with Google also a great feature
What do you dislike about the product?
If you add tasks on a filtered view (by person) it disapears straight away (adding the "bring it back" button helps, but it is still a bit annoying.
Boards with lots of tasks become very "sticky" and it's hard to drag task around.
Overall, small issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps with the above really, and being a centralised tool means less tools to login to.

What do you like best about the product?
Work flow visualization made easy with a well-organized UI. Strong API that enhances synchronization. Excellent automations reduce repetitive manual labor to a minimum. Our team's capacity to track tasks is improved by the quick connection and the option to filter tasks by individual. Thorough activity history to examine changes and have an unambiguous record of all advancements made.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the free trial edition is helpful for getting a feel for the site, it does not provide you enough time to fully explore and utilize Monday.com. Should also keep in mind that learning all the features takes practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday.com we improved work assignment, consolidated and updated project planning, and streamlined the process. It has helped us improve team cohesiveness and maintain compliance with partners demands and timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up programs, to-dos, and leads into one funnel is amazing. I know that as long as I'm working My Work on Monday, I won't let things drop. Best practices are to work from it daily, at minimum at the start and finish of each day, and not let things snowball.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have maxed out several times on my to-dos, and getting things wrangled back under the 1000 item max is tough when you "don't know what you don't know."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to drop the ball less when I'm using My Work as I should.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can utilize Monday.com for so many things! In a short sentence, I would say it is a "one stop shop". Any issues or questions that we have had, the customer service support has always been quick to respond and very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where screenshots have been removed/deleted in our boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy having the charts/graphs/ for presentations. It makes it conveinent. Also, really love the automations you can set up. & the mirror function.

What do you like best about the product?
Tagging owners for each deliverable and getting a notification helps a lot, especially with stacked projects where it's difficult to track all pending items and timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a system glitch, but I find it troublesome to have multiple users updating a single dashboard at the same time. The updates encoded most of the time do not reflect, even if the browser is refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves documentation concerns and visual presentations that are helpful to the audience like Senior Leadership Team. One of the best feature is that is can automatically generate charts and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive, so it's very easy to use. It greatly facilitates my day-to-day work and now with the introduction of artificial intelligence, it has made things even easier and saved time in my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to use the tool for personal purposes as well.

She organizes the work of the entire team, from creation to the final part. She allows me to have a complete view of the project and also to individually visualize my work and tasks to do.
