Has transformed the way I organise my work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how collaborative it is with my team for projects as well as having my own private board for my other work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options which is great but sometimes it can be overwhelming!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on track with schedule for communications and projects, as well as being able to easily communicate with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to change a board format, status, and fields based on the board I'm on. This allows our team to manage different projects in different ways all within one platform. Monday.com is one of the few tools we use every day to manage projects, files, and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, Monday's only downside is the number of tasks and keeping those tasks organized or up to date. We have implemented automation to push due dates, but it didn't work perfectly for our needs. I think it's really easy to build out every small step in Monday as a task when really they should be initially set as a list in a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our team to delegate tasks and view project timelines for clients in one space.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a great help, especially for my daily tasks. It's hassle-free and easy to navigate, and the best part is that I can access it whenever I am, which keeps me on top of things. What I love most about their software is the automation feature, which connects all the tasks across each department.

I dont have any dislike about monday.com

It can help me to track all my tasks specially on marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it in our daily work to keep track of our projects and its very nice to have everything separed by colors. Boards are very visual and each project is a separated item so we can write updates having all the information we need in one place. We are also able to include links and client information so we can have quick access to the other platforms we use for the project. Its very useful too when used with timely because we can review the item card to fill our Timely and the integration links our timely information to the project so account team can review the time spent on each project per round in Monday. Its very easy and intuitive to use and edit. I really like that we can put emojis and decorate our board, it makes it feel very friendly and not only for working purposes even when it is for that. It also has a mobile version so we can have access from our phones in case a work emergency occurs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have problems with certain boards that even when my team can see the whole information I'm not able to see the whole board even after reviewing all my permissions. Its kinda weird. We also have several problems because from time to time we are not able to upload updates and we have to report it and wait so our process gets a little stuck in the mean time. I don't like that when we have too much work it becomes way too hard to keep the important updates highlighted. would be good to have an option to pin stuff in updates or highlight text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Teams to keep track of the projects but as the team grew bigger we found the need to move our board somewhere easier to have all the information in order. When we moved to Monday we all loved it. Its very easy to use and we can have access from web, mobile and desktop.

It is very friendly and easy to use, I use it every day and it helps me a lot with my client follow-ups.

So far, I haven't identified anything I don't like.

What do you like best about the product?
This system can be used for just about any work management application you can imagine. It has just enough built-in functionality to make it user-friendly, without creating unnecessary restrictions on the ways you can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to think of any major downsides. I'd love a built-in Google Contact sync feature, or an app that does that. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to restrict access to boards by assigned user and by group, but that feature is currently only available in the Enterprise version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to basically design our own CRM to our specifications. We tried several different CRMs before we discovered Monday.com, and found them all to be too restrictive, and insufficiently customizable for our needs.
Monday is fantastic!

In Monday, it is possible to create integrated dashboards with various types of visualization, which ultimately speeds up the visualization of a process or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be an integration with WhatsApp.

More and more, Monday expands its range of updates and innovations, and this contributes to our work day after day.
