Using monday.com had been easy to use, it has also has improved my orginization skills.

I like how things are visually well explained, the demands of my company are always very organized, and automation helps a lot.

Monday used to be very unstable in the past, nowadays that's no longer the case.

Monday.com has helped us in making sure we are organize and not forgetting any jobs that need to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Great flexibility and easy to setup the boards as we want to help with productivity. I've not had to contact support yet as very intuitive.
The comments and Monday docs are really good to document things.

* No template when creating a new board, you have to adjust manually to match the layout of existing boards.
* Can't do a public share of Monday docs, they have to be logged in. Sometimes we want to share things to a lot of external agencies that dont have Monday login.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of our ecommerce tasks require a lot of detail and URL links, other task managers cannot handle this data or do it in a non-efficient way.

Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable and can do just about any thing you need it to do. We use it across multiple teams. It is easy to use, easy to deploy, and easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support does not have a phone number and is all done via chat. Can be inconvient at times however the few times i needed support the chat representative was able to assist and resolve the issues I was having.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a single platform that integrates mulptiple teams together.
Tons of capabilities. Very robust platform.

Task management and the ability to keep everything in one place. Being able to use it a lot of different ways is helpful. Email notifications are helpful as well as the Slack integration

It can be a bit confusing when you first get started using it. Implementation isn't super quick.You really need to get used to it and build it around how you like to work

You can use this tool to plan tasks and track their progress. Tasks can also be distributed to team members and processed by them. You can create templates over time so you don't have to start from scratch each time, saving you time. I use Monday every day to organise and manage my work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although time recording is possible, it is somewhat cumbersome and not practical for everyone. An additional app that allows you to book current working time to a project would be a great function. This would be easy to implement in the working environment without additional programmes.

In addition to planning tasks and monitoring their status, I also use the tool for internal approval or even holiday planning.
The use of Monday helps us daily in organizing our work.

We have a lot of micro-tasks in our work. Monday helps us in planning these and greatly facilitates our work organization.
Very good tool to structure sales processes

Excel with logic: It helps structuring your work and processes with many integration possibilities (via Monday or Zapier). I like it a lot and makes our work in many cases easier and also in sales documented
