Finding old tasks in the archives can be difficult. I would love to be able to update automations across multiple boards if they are the same.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the layout of monday Work Management; it's one of my favorite aspects. The software is exceptional at categorizing and organizing various types of datasets, keeping everything clean and clear, which makes it very easy to reference and find exactly what I'm looking for. Additionally, using the various boards and columns within those boards is incredibly intuitive, making the workflow seamless and enjoyable. This organization not only facilitates smooth project management but also enhances the overall experience of working with the software. Furthermore, the initial setup was straightforward, even for staff with basic computer skills, making it accessible for both sophisticated and unsophisticated tech users, allowing them to pick it up and start using it easily. This ease of use extends to creating boards and other functionalities, which suits a wide range of team members. monday Work Management also empowers our teams to communicate effectively, ensuring we never miss a deadline and can easily check progress and statuses of client cases. The ability to verify proper billing information submission to our clients adds another layer of efficiency to its project management capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to integrate monday Work Management with our websites. Setting up website integrations, such as using web forms, is tedious and labor-intensive. It requires more effort than expected, and simplifying this process would be beneficial for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track projects with clients, improve team communication, ensure deadlines aren't missed, and verify billing information. It allows us to reference client progress easily, enhancing our efficiency and organization.

Sometimes a little delay of the process but usually this have been improved a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build boards for any process — project tracking, IT requests, Training tracking and Delivery monitoring. Automations also trivialise repetitive work such as out team status updates, reminders and notifications and work well with any third party integrations such as Zapier.
The UI is very accessible and any new implementations (Such as a new board) are only a clicks away from being setup. And as a system that is used daily and frequently across all departments, workflow customisation allow easier communication.

Monday.com solves issues with tracking any projects that are in need of completion, and with the ability to set custom status - All teams are aware of any updates or needs required.

The automations which allows cross form actions and help your daily tasks to be completed more efficient. Implementation was easy enough. If I am not sure about anything, customer support is always happy to help.

I like that I can be more organized through Monday, to separate each task and to be sure that I complete all the tasks from each projectt.

Easy and Intuitive Project Management-Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It can be as simple or as complicated as you (or your team) want. It's easy to set up (especially thanks to all the pre-existing templates), and it's intuitive to keep tasks updated and add new required details. It connects with the rest of our tech stack and I like having multiple view options. I use it daily for project tracking and my team use it each week to anchor our alignment call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish kanban view let me see more tickets in each section. I wish I could link to other board in my workspace rather than only linking items within boards. I wish it would send my manager a weekly summary of item changes/updates because that'd probably save us a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning and team communication - it saves us time not repeating ourselves on what the status of something is and having proof of when things like due dates or deliverables were agreed.

I love that monday Work Management is incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing, which is crucial for me as a visual learner, as it presents everything in a structured and organized manner. I appreciate the progress bars and notifications that provide a comprehensive view of various project facets, along with the feature that allows individual teammates to edit entries, thus promoting transparency and visibility across the team. Additionally, I find value in how easily monday Work Management integrates with other tools like Google and Canva, allowing seamless document linkage for enhanced workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial experience with Monday Work Management to be overwhelming due to the abundance of tabs and project information, especially in a busy workplace. New users could greatly benefit from a tutorial or walkthrough to ease the onboarding process. Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to hide or unhide specific tabs for projects that I'm not involved in, which would help simplify and declutter my view.

I use monday Work Management to gain a clear view of my team’s projects, easily check updates, and track progress with visual aids that support my learning style while ensuring transparency and collaboration.
