Customizable and Efficient, But Would Benefit from Improved Table Features & Forms
What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management tremendous for all kinds of project organization. I love building task boards and activity boards that are customizable for our different partnerships. It's so customizable and easy to use, allowing me to quickly figure things out on the fly. The online tutorials and the popular nature of the product make it easy to Google any adjustments I need. It helps me keep organized, as it lightens my email load by managing unread items and other organizational tools like calendars. I can collaborate on projects with team members, store notes, documents, and more. It's a powerful tool that has saved our company so much time, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone because of its high degree of customizability. I particularly appreciate the flexibility it gives me in providing accountability tools and detail-oriented sharing across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tables feature is a bit of a pain point for me. It's kind of like a light version of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, but mass updates are not super easy and feel more manual. I wish it was more Excel-oriented for managing sheets and making broad updates. Also, the forms feature feels like it could be more robust for some of our use cases. When forms get long, it's tedious, and it's easy to miss fields. I think it would be interesting if the forms had more flexibility in how you build them for different uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for organization, building customizable task boards, reducing email load, and storing documents. It keeps me organized and efficient while allowing me to access information on the go.

Sometimes there are TOO MANY features and it's hard to learn and understand them all.

Perfect for Managing Client Projects Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management allows us to keep each client folder on its own and makes it easy to change deadlines or information on each project. The tracking feature, where I can add notes or history to the project, is super helpful for tracking back. It helps us remember or showcase our workload with each client. The initial setup was also super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?

Effective for Project Tracking, Needs Better Task Subdivision
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboards for real-time metrics and the ability to check project status and task items in progress. It's important for me to share the progress on major task categories, and I can easily do that with monday Work Management. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the inability to add subitems to subitems. Tasks often branch out, and there's no way to align subtasks like this. Also, the email threads tied to the monday posting emails result in excessive tasks that need to be individually deleted, which is time-consuming.

I use monday Work Management to track all projects, programs, and initiatives in one place, keeping everything organized and streamlined. It provides real-time updates for assignments, helping me track project scope, deadlines, and assigned staff efficiently.
Effortless Customization and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of monday Work Management. The ability to customize boards with various data input options is something I appreciate. Also, although I started working after the setup, the training to use monday was easy.

I use monday Work Management for monitoring spends, budgets, logins, and contacts. It solves organization and accountability issues.
User-Friendly and Customizable for Marketing Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is user-friendly and customizable. I especially appreciate the trackers we built, which keep all to-dos in one place where everyone can see where we are at all times. I think everything about the platform is great.

Excellent Collaboration and Updates Keep Everyone in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the best part about Monday is the collaboration options. It allows people to upload things that you are working with like vendors and other partners, so we are all working on something in one space. I love the "updates" section too so you can ping people who you need help from, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then scrolling through the different boards it can glitch back to the top of your page, which is not all the time and it isn't a wild inconvenience, just something small that I have noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me now by allowing me to have a collaborative space that also is equipped with the necessary features. It allows you to create content calendars, watch deadlines and import files, etc. It also has a vast amount of automation options to keep the team updated and make your life easier.
A Must-Have for Remote Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE monday Work Management. I think it's super easy to use and a great asset for all companies alike. What I like most is how easy it is to collaborate despite working location. The ability to build out boards has been really fantastic. We are a remote company, so we rely heavily on the boards that we have created and have included the chat system within them. The communication bubbles allow us to actively tap partners and have quick communications via monday Work Management rather than email or text.

Easy Task Sorting and Time-Saving Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to sort my daily small tasks. I receive a lot of work and it's good to input these individually as well as creating campaigns. I don't use the integration feature, so I can't give a rating on that, but the performance has been great and I love the automated features. Being able to click done and it automatically archiving and even auto assigning projects has been great. I have been happy with the product overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a dislike of the project. My only issue probably has to do with how the third party support person set up our projects. There are too many tabs that we don't use within each project table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is solving is organizing daily and long term projects as well as keeping track of it. Before I was keeping track of projects that were submitted via email and pinning them, but with Monday, I can go back and find out what needs to be worked on.
