Monday is great for client management, it offers awesome tools to automate and streamline work!

I really like the compatibility with other software and the ability to track all my projects in one place!

There are a few struggles with information being pushed from one workplace to the next.

It solves follow ups and tracking on projects, and automates reminders to keep work flowing.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to understand/use and has a vast depth of usage opportunities. Can manage large teams and provide significant insights to progress. The automations are incredible to customize and create meaning workflows and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions on CRM and formula's to support deeper data review

Adaptable and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is excel on steroids. There is so much customization available to suite your business needs. It has helped organize our business and allowed us to be more efficient in meetings. The mobile app lets me check information on the go. At a meeting and forgot a customers name, Not a problem. Customer wants to know where they are on the schedule, you can check right in front of them. The data tracking abilities are also excellent. If you are a data junkie or want to work toward improvements, the dashboards are helpful and easy to use. I have reached out to customer support a few times and they have been respnosive. I was able to be directed to boards with answers to my questions. Our office uses Monday every day and it has honestly helped a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is sometimes struggles to integrate certain platforms. Emails seems to be tricky. Sometimes automations will work when set up to send emails and other times they will not. Only one of the emails in our office seems to be connected correctly to allow for automation notifications. Sometimes implementing formulas can get difficult. There is an AI to help with this but sometimes the formulas we have tired to use are not supported or do not function the way we want. From research into the formulas, it seems most online support is provided by individuals and not actual Monday employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track our production and our installation time lines as well as customer call ins. Life time of projects and life time of sales are also tarcked. We use monay for ordering our materials and tracking our reciving of products
Game changer in terms of task management
What do you like best about the product?
What makes my work easier is the integration of boards from different areas of the company and the possibility of monitoring tasks from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have had all my needs met. Perhaps the formatting of task updates could be improved (tables, text formatting, etc.)

Workflows in the company are not fully designed, so there were bottlenecks in certain daily activities. Monday brought the benefit of automations related to tasks that depend on multiple teams.

Monday.com has been a game changer for managing my small marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's user interface is very easy to learn, understand, and customize. I was able to quickly set up different boards, columns, etc. that perfectly aligned with our marketing framework and internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, but if I had to choose, I would say that the "My Work" functionality is pretty limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the manager of a small marketing team at a start-up, meaning that I wear a ton of different hats. Monday.com has been instrumental in keeping track of my personal to-do's that can span across all types of different channels. It has helped me stay up-to-date with important deadlines and manage my time much more effectively.

you can not change the colors for the bars in the dashboard section.
