Time efficient platform that boosts productivity within the workplace.
What do you like best about the product?
I think Monday is very user friendly and provides users with an accessible platform that can be used to organise my workload into different organised areas. I also thoroughly enjoy the variety of different features that are available on the platform, from virtual calendars to work management that I use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes that Monday can crash and freeze at times. This usually clears up in a matter of minutes, but has been occuring more and more frequently as of recent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving issues that I have previously had with organising day to day tasks in order of priority. I found that Monday provides me with an easy to use system that can be used to prioritse my work easily, and also adjust as different priorities are introduced.
Great platform depending on your needs
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for data management and the automation is great for organizing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the platform is best for project management. It has limitations across items being in multiple boards and the my tasks isn't the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize data in an online platform that everyone has access to. Data is easy to organize and actions to automate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its an excel on steroids, with a nice GUI, so it is easy to work on, and can be easily customized
We rely on Monday.com for everything
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the platform's customization options, which allow individual departments to operate independently while still collaborating effectively. The platform is easy to use, and we rely on it for all workflows. In many ways, we underutilized Monday.co, so it is comforting to know we have a platform we can grow into.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the system work for us by suggesting workflows and identifying inefficiencies. Essentially, it should learn more about our agency as we use it and help us identify gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing is encouraging us to develop processes in order to have a system that works with us.
A wonderful platform, very useful for events coordination and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful - the customisation of views, boards, groups etc. Being able to create a truly personalisd workpsace that functions excellently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are minimal - I don't finf the automations easy to use / intuitive. I have struggled in the past to create functional automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration and communication has improved massively since implemen ting the use of Monday. We aren't constantly having to update eachother as it's all their on our team boards.

Sometimes it moves really, really slow which can be frustrating

It allows us to communicate with our clients directly in the task and to have an organized way of viewing the tasks laid out for an entire month
Extensively utilised across our business
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility as to how to organise and manage the wide variety of processes is invaluable. We have adopted it across all departments and integrated the outputs with other systems within our business ecosystem.

Very little, which speaks volumes as to the flexibility and opportunities it delivers

Primarily it is to ensure that we have clear visibility of all processes, where we are and prompting for next tasks. Monday.com has one of the most powerful and clearest presentations for this
The best platform for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The platform monday Work Management very easy to use, and needed in my daily routine in managing projects as system expert and as Customer Support. The integration with others platforms is very easy to configure. All the features available in the platform are very helpful when managing projects and facilitates the communication among different teams. The implementation of the platform in my routine was very uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The platform attends most of my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of the critical points in project management is one of the best way that monday Work Management benefits me the most.
Monday Helps Keep the Whole Team on Track
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is to use. When introducing it to new team members, I always say it's the easiest platform to learn! In Monday, things don't get lost and team members (and me) stay accountable of tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a strong company-wide organization system, it's easy for tasks to build up and monthly/yearly cleanup is required. Also, there are almost too many features to unlock and exlplore, but that's a good thing too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place and there's no need to search through hundreds of old emails. It also helps those who I manage keep a task list and stay accountable about their workload.

What do you like best about the product?
So many s to Monday! The features I appreciate the most is the ability to customize to our business needs, collect data and easily analyze findings.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I must identify a downside, it would be learning ALL the features. It is easy to get overwhelemed with learning all Monday can do and even after working in it for 3+ years, feel like I still do not have all it's capabilities!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing one central location for our company communication regarding client projects/needs. Huge benefit to be able to easily track, progress, and store client projects.
