What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability that a user has to automate processes.

It's frustrating to use on mobile sometimes because the layout is misleading

monday.com is the most complete work management service we used.
We've been using it for about 2 years now, and since we work with more than 1 client and each client uses at least 3 boards for separating the workflow by sectors, using the automations and not having to move the pulses manually helps a lot with optimizing our time.

What do you dislike about the product?
To this day, we had no big problems using monday.com, but funny enough, the best feature for me, which is the automations, is also the most likely to stop working out of the blue and sometimes we need to redo them, but most of the times they just start working again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is helping us organize the tasks our clients sends us in a lots of ways, with the tagging system, boards, automations etc.
Also improving the communication with them since it's easy to comment what needs to be changed, giving feedback and everything else.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the automation features and AI integration! Monday.com helps me stay organized and ensures that I keep up with all my business projects, while also keeping my team updated thanks to these tools. We use it for our annual calendar to unite all the events and activities in detail from event management, marketing campaigns and graphic requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to create subitems that differ between groups, which is something I wish were possible.
As well, to have a person create a project based budget to be more simplified.

It has help reduced meetings, increased effectiveness in our workflows within interdepartmental teams from facilities, security, events and media teams.

Easy identification of elements and assignments, as well as visualization of all content

Sometimes the notifications don't arrive and this delays them a little

What do you like best about the product?
We looked for a long while to find a CRM that would work well for our tenant rep business. This platform is the most user friendly one we found that was easily modifiable for all levels of technology. We were able to get the team up and running. I love the features that allow for follow up dates and reach outs. Customer Support has been great and easy to get a hold of. We utilize this frequently in our business to keep us on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that we've utilized this program, we have not found anything that didn't work for us. We use another program to track our listings which seems to work better for us but we just haven't needed to try to use it here. It seems like it could work for tha too.

Again, easy to use and share with others. We've recently used the guest access. Very simple to use.

I love how my team can truly collaborate online using Monday.com's real-time environment. It is easy to use and quick to learn. It allows us to easily share files and updates while tracking project details and deliverables. I am able to plan out my work load so I can use my time most effectively. I use it for tracking all my work projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I particularly dislike about it. I wish everyone would use it to its full potential!

Quantifying the workload of projects. Tracking our present work helps us plan more effectively for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers flexible implementation of tools. The navigation and accessibility are quite simple, and so is integration with other platforms. We used to put double effort into sharing and syncing data manually from one platform to another while white Monday.com enables automation in this case. Using it frequently helps us to keep our team updated with the tasks, deadlines, and data, thus, providing transparency and a user-friendly dashboard to stay connected and work on. The Support is responsive and quick while providing resolutions. This makes it easier for start-ups who want to manage their work and projects.

I'm not disappointed with my experience with Monday so I don't have anything to complain about.

It has helped us cut down manual workload which is automatically synced and communicated to the rest of the team making our communication and transparency efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to configure and set up workflows. It allows for seemless asynchronous engagement and collaboration across organizational units.

Many of the integrations have additional cost associated via the Monday.com marketplace.

Our business workflow and strategic plan tracking is handled in Monday.com. It allows for all stakeholder to contribute and engage collaboratively together around our organization's work.
Practic and easy to use task manager
What do you like best about the product?
All the team can see and be aware of whats going on, also, its very easy and fast to use, wich allow us to focus on the most important thing, that is the task indeed

The problem of having to do tasks without seeing the whole picture. As a graphic designer, having everything right in front of my eyes, including my tasks and what i need to do, is the key to not procrastinate.

The ease of use and understanding. It is very self explaning and helps us see the bigger picture and analyze datas.

In the same frame sometimes we need different colums in each group but it is not possible to make this differentiation.

It shows the hole time in which stage the project is. With that each area can program what to do and when to do it whitout the needing to notify one another.
