Useful tool for non-technical people. A bit pricy
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great, it's very simple, easy to understand, colorful and useful for many workflows and data sharing/collaboration.
There are nice built in automation options. Customer support is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is very high for a tool that is somewhat of a colorful sheet with automations.
At scale, it becomes a bit complex. There are better alternatives for more technical capable people.

What do you like best about the product?
No matter what you want to do or how you want to do it in terms of project mangagement, Monday.com can do it. If you just want a simple done/not done setup, you can do that, if you need to collaborate on a project, you can do that, if you need automations and interlinkings and files and documents, you can do that. I use it every day for a variety of reasons, and there's always a way to do what needs to be done and simply stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docs are very helpful, but some of the functionality around them could be improved. The main two issues I've had with docs are: Formatting of text inside docs can get messed up easily and hard to fic when pasting content. And secondly, if a doc is in an item and the item is moved or deleted, the doc is not stored in a trash section where it could be recovered in case that was done in error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of things to do and many aspects of projects to be worked on, and Monday keeps everything organized and easy to access.

The Collaboration it brings to our operation
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a Work Management platform it has to work within the constraints of the platform and it's not as flexible as I wanted to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our operation used to work in silos, Monday is helping us be a more collaborative outfit.
Monday Is a great app to keep all projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable it is and how you can subcategorize materials relative to your subject/job.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a user error but It would be great if you can easily search something you maybe marked as complete. The app moves a project to a complete section but it would be nice to have a searchable option in case the project becomes active again.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great too to keep our workflow on track and improve collaboration amongst our team. It allows flexibility and caters to our various teams. The automation allows for time saving and supporting with repatitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When first using Monday.com it can be very daunting and overwhelming with the various features.

This took works with managing tasks and fostering collaboration. It has supported with organization and productivity of tasks

What I really enjoy is that I can have alot of projects happeneing at once and its very easy to track each project and makes the communication between my employees really clear and understanding

It's easy to use for new users and is simple to build basic automations.

Somethings that seem like they should be able to be built cannot be built (with automations).
