Best and friendly user platform
What do you like best about the product?
it is very well structured and very easy to use

So far, I have not find anything I do not like.

Keeping things organized
Excellent product especially for remote companies
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great way to keep everyone looped in on projects, their tasks, deadlines, and to keep everyone accountable. I also really like the feature that allows us to create forms for people to fill out (like clients) and it automatically populates on the back end. Monday is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take awhile to set it up exactly the way you want, but it's worth it in the long run. I wish there were short pop up training tools like a "did you know" or a "it looks like you're trying to do this" to save time on figuring out how to maximize the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to work more seamlessly across departments by keeping people in the loop on what's coming, who's responsible for something, and allowing us to be less redundant in our work.

monday is easy to navigate, simple to start working with others, and offers automation within the tool to quickly delegate tasks and work.

It is difficult to identify something I do not like about monday! I use it daily and rely on it in my role.

A Powerful Project Management Tool for Growing Teams (But Pricing Needs Work)
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's visual interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for even non-technical team members to pick up and use quickly. Its appealing and unique when compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com's paid plans are expensive for startups, especially compared to competitors who offer more generous discounts or freemium options. This lack of affordability feels like a missed opportunity for them to support the startup communit. Monday being a startup doesn't seem to extend helping other startups in the ecosystem especially when most such companies have special promos and highly discounted programs for Startups. Sad that Monday doesn't seem to him so and their sole purpose is just to make money which is okay since they are a business entity. Hope they lunch some special promos for Startups

Wide range of boards, views, and automations. Very neat UI making it enjoyable to work.

THEFT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DISASTER!
What do you like best about the product?
432 Euros deducted without scruple, for an app not used and whose trial in the first year was far from being at this price obviously! I cancel on the day of the end of the commitment, following a reminder that I had stupidly set for myself on the same day! Result: 432E deducted, no response from customer service, except for an automatic email explaining how to cancel! As a reminder, I am a startup where there are two of us and for which 432E represents a part of the salary that I will not pay myself again this year...;

I had issues with dividing the territory and with monday I was able to organized it better and have a better projection and tima management.

It is a great tool for our sales team that gives highlights and data in an effective way.
I also love that it automatically collates all data into a manageable data set.

What do you dislike about the product?
When multiple people are working on the same board and input large amounts of data it not only slows down everyone elses working but also inputs leads into the incorrect filter momentarily, causing disruption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates place to easily input our sales data and give management easy access to sales statistics
