One of the most useful tools
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about monday is being able to keep track status of projects and production.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday.com is that there isn't too much free tutorials on how to do advance custom set ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps greatly with keeping track of statuses of projects and assigning tasks to people.
Great Work Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Monday.com is its user interface. Everything is very intuitive. The dashboards are easy to setup and very insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see user perceptions specific to a cell or column. There are a lot of seperate add ons that all cost. It can add up to a lot in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running our entire development stage gate process through Monday.com and it has been great. Everyone can access the system and see/update the status of various projects that are happening simultaneously.
Monday is our main tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is our main and practically only tool for project management at Hedgehog today. It facilitates the daily tracking of tasks and we can also unify the exchange of conversations and validations with clients in one place, greatly reducing the number of emails and loss of history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today Monday serves us very well, there are no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the ease of evaluating the cross-boarding tasks of the teams, streamlining the definition of sprints and causing employees to have overload.

It's customizability.
Whatever you need, and however you need it, if you are creative and know the platform well enough, you will be able to build it.

Without the enterprise plan, your control on permissions is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using a single software to manage a business with multiple departments. It makes communication and collaboration very quick and easy.

Sometimes I forget to update it. I turned off as many notitifications that were originally implemented beacuse it was overwhelming.

It's solving communication issues between teams, especially when working remotely.

What I most like about is the usuability of monday and the integration with others apps.

The price is too high for implementation and to the company consider monday as a real e viable option.

My honest thoughts after using Monday.com for 2 years
What do you like best about the product?
Best for summaries, reports, and your data management, team can review, monitor and post updates.
After moving to Monday, we saved time creating new tasks, preparing for our weekly management meetings, and we saved money tracking the progress of projects.
Monday has been a great tool to help us stay on top of all our tasks and Projects. It has given us the ability to create custom Boards that are tailored to our specific needs, which has in turn allowed us to be more efficient in managing our daily, weekly and regular projects/operations. We have implemented the Monday.com in whole organization and most of our conversation is on Monday.com.
Ease of use: Just like any other CRM out there, it has its learning curve but its user-friendly interface makes it easy for anyone on the team to use without needing any prior technical knowledge or experience.
Notification: Monday’s notification system is one of the best I’ve used. When someone completes a task, it automatically triggers the notification system and it lets the next person in the process know they can start their work. I love it.
Since I started using their service, I’ve had to contact Monday once. It was a great experience. They helped me solve my problem quickly and I didn’t have to do anything on my side. We love to use it as it is ease of integeration and implementation, ease of use and frequency of use is on high level.

I am the person who use mobile too much to monitor the team projects. I have some c oncerns on monday.cp,
Monday’s mobile app isn’t great. It’s improved since the first time I used it but it lacks in flexibility. The desktop experience is much better. One example of an area they can improve is the my tasks section. It’s supposed to provide us with a simple view of the tasks we need to complete but it doesn’t allow us to easily add filters to see what we want.
