easily accessible however very slow

i can see every lead i have created for the month

very slow. doesntallow me to find a customer rather than a lead, because if someoen has put the wrong lead i cant see it on the board, would be easier to search by customer

keeping all leads in one place to monitor and track progress and ongoing leads
Monday work management review is good but a little slow

The ease of use of it. It is easy to understand and use intuitively.

It is quite slow, sometimes when you want to add a record it freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of all the leads that I have, disposition them and then find out information about them later on.

Ability to customize the entire life cycle from customer aquisition to project fulfillment.

It can be painfully slow on the mobile app and has limitations on mobile vs desktop.

With Monday we can track our business with accurate data and have efficient work flow management.
A Straight Forward Work Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I deeply enjoy that tasks can be broken down to individual tasks within groups, which makes communicating with other team members very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you cannot customize the view of boards, for example reordering the boards that you frequent the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of not knowing where project statuses are and a trail of what is affecting said project. It is a great macro way of seeing how workflows are successful or not.

Monday.com centralizes communication within tasks and projects, where team members can comment, tag, and share files.
It makes our work much easier and more organized.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes our work much easier and more organized, it's quick to learn how to use, it has ways to perform good control of our work, different filters to review data, and various options to account for them. We can use forms and link them with our clients. I use it almost all the time. Overall, it is a very effective and easy-to-handle tool.

That sometimes I need to subdivide elements within the same entry and this is not allowed

What guarantees me that all the work information is well organized, stored, and available for the rest of the team?
Project & Ticket Management
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to keep track of ticket submissions for my projects. I can categorize the ticket type and status of the ticket. I also like that I receive an email notification when a ticket is submitted or when a party responds to a ticket. I also like using Monday to keep track of projects, and I can review past projects as a refresher for newer projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any complaints about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps eveyone on my team to stay on track in completing a project as well as stay organized. As previously mentioned, it's a great tool for post-mortem project evaluation to determine what went well or needs to be optimized for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is extremely helpful in organizing work in various ways. It is very easy to use and implement. I enjoy the clean, simplistic feel overall and find I'm always thinking of ways to use monday as the first solution/tool to most projects, documentation, roadmaps, etc.
The automations are very important and integrations to gmail. I'd like to see the automation funcionality continue to grow and evolve to more complex solutions. Overall, it serves us very well in our day to day usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gap is there are a few features that would have a huge impact for us, inlcuding the ability to have private comments and an additional level permissions between board owner / board member. Some of the automations still have gaps where we have to add additional columns and hide them, just to get automatinons to work. Somewhat related, some of the formulas to products on the dashboards view for reporting would be nice to just calculate there, rather than need to add a column for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems monday Work Management helps me solve is organizing work, planning, project management, automated stakeholder communications, and prioritizing feature requests.
This is benefiting me by helping stay organized and have transparency to those who need visibility and key insights.

The variety of templates that allow you to customize your use of monday.com and the collection of all your To Dos in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to familarizing yourself with enough of the features to make it useful.

What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed us to build a customized series of boards to track basically all aspects of our business from marketing, sales, operations and follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional slow updates or connections to keep current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company and because we have been able to customize how monday.com works, we have been able to scale up our operations and have things fall through the cracks.
