Organize and maximize: Monday.com's power
What do you like best about the product?
Offers different types of plans adaptable to the needs of any team. Its wonderful user interface (UI) makes it simple to visually manage chores because everything is color-coded. It allows us to develop custom workflows and consolidates all project information into one location, providing a clear and current view of project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the online experience is nice, I have found that it is limited in its functionality when I have needed or access important project data in places with bad connectivity or without an internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to waste time looking for dispersed information because it has helped us concentrate all of our project's communications and data. We have improved team coordination throughout our campaigns, resulting in the timely and high-quality completion of our projects.

The best task management system for ADHD!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how automated everything is! I have really bad short term memory issues, and the automations make it so easy to not fall behind on anything! I can set up reminders, notifcations and add all my notes/files in one spot. I never forget anything, and the live updating makes communicating changes to other team members instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no undo button! If you accidenltly make a change, 9 times out of 10, it is not a change that you are able to easily undo. (Unless mass updating)
There are some features that are a bit silly, and can require workarounds to get the automation to work correctly. The formulas column is also extremly confusing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has also allowed me to manage customer service for multiple fulfillment channels with ease. It also allows me to manage multiple boards for varying processes through departments all over the company.

What I like best about Monday.com is its intuitive interface and customisable dashboards. These features make project management incredibly straightforward and efficient. The visual organization of tasks and timelines is outstanding, allowing me and my team to see the big picture at a glance and quickly identify any bottlenecks. The real-time progress tracking, seamless integrations with other tools we use, and all the automation features make Monday.com an indispensable tool for our team that we use daily for our operational tasks, and integrate these with our strategic goals.

Sometimes, the sheer number of features and customisation options can be overwhelming, especially for new users, or staff not familiar with digital tools. It can take some time to fully grasp all the functionalities and navigate the organisations boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com enhances our productivity and efficiency. It tackles the issue of disorganised cross-team project management by providing a centralised platform where all tasks, timelines, and progress can be tracked in real-time. This has greatly improved our team’s ability to stay on the same page and avoid miscommunications.

Monday as a Client Service Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy way to sort through all the data & how easy it is to customize the different fields of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am utalizing Monday as a way to keep track of our partners to our organization. While this tool is a client management tool, there are some aspects that make what I am using it for difficult. I would love to have the flexibility to utalize it with my own needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is currently solving the problem of our client data storage, while also being able to add things to each of their contact cards.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and colorful. It has a few fun animations that keep you engaged in the platform. It's also very easy to add new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get out of control pretty quickly but I think that is due to internal direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for a variety of projects that our collective team is working on together. Since a large part of our team is remote, this also helps with team communication in all the little details.
Work Management Organization is great
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com truly allows users to customize their workflows. Their team even helps you with building your templates. We have multiple team members online at the same time and the live updates are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this website is very easy to use, sometimes the website does lag a big when making changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team efficently has definitely increased because Monday has allowed us to streamline our workflow due to the overwhelming organization of the custom template we built. Tasks and projects are organized and assigned to different team members and we are able to get work done fast and efficently!
Excellent Business Application - for any business
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily organize task for me and my team for a variety of tasks. I have been a user long enough for more than one format change. While we may get use to a product functioning in a certain fashion, the Monda team listens and generates functional changes that support your usage overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automated functions are difficult to generate at first but once past the second or third it becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing client and internal tasks, with the ability for team mmebers to write and read notes realted to the action item.
The Perfect Place for Workflow!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for showing what projects need to get done first, helping me better understand upcoming deadlines and what projects I need to prepare myself for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation of the site can be hard at times, especially when your department has lots of different boards being constanly updated. I wish there was (I am not sure if there is) a personal screen that shows everything you are apart of or working on so that the screen isn't as overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me see what is ahead of me at work as well as allows me to get more information about upcoming events I may be workong at.
Streamlined leads/jobsite management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been an essential part of our leads and jobsite management. The ability to set statuses of each job and subitem (phases of construction or specific tasks for us) is great and when that status changes, the notification to another team member streamlines communication. I've recomended Monday to many other contractors and they have used it to also streamline and simplify their operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Further customization of automations would be helpful, but there are ways around that

Streamlining communication, great reminder for specific items/phase on each job, accountability for project managers, not having to send out homeowners/builders/subs phone numbers, email and physical addresses, ability to manage leads and send/recieve forms
