Project Management Tool that Non-Project Managers Can Understand
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an essential tool for my team of project managers. We can use simple templates to create timelines, forms, and dashboards that are easy to understand by client and internal stakeholders. Monday.com is intuitive, but if you can't figure something out right away, there are ample online help articles to point you in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online support needs improvement. The support email is buried in Monday.com's documentation. When I submit an issue, I give a detailed accounting of what I've tried and I almost always have to repeat myself, "Yes, I've tried using an incognito browser," for example.
I've also bumped up against limitations in creating boards that roll up information from other boards. My team manages 200+ projects at a time, and Monday does not allow for connecting that many boards, so I've had to use workarounds.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me and my team create client-facing schedules. It's an essentail collaboration tool to keep all stakeholders on track for tasks and timelines. It also allows me to see data about all of my team's ongoing projects, which I use for resource planning and revenue projections.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows me to stay organized while being in the middle of a million projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything within Monday.com that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps me and my team organized and always on the same page. At anytime I can login in and see exactly where each of my projects are, and what needs done, by whom.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the best part about monday.com is the easy integration, format that is self-explanatory (drag and drop style), customizable and can be updated as your processes or needs change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a contracts managment software and moved from emails and shared drives to Monday.com to provide greater visibility to everyone in the approval chain, implement status workflows, and set reminders for upcoming expiration dates, and track historical changes made to the agreements.
A pleasure to use and overall an exceptionally customizable, intuitive, and expansive platform
What do you like best about the product?
The range of use-cases, features, and tools makes almost anything feasible to build and execute within the platform. Automations are an absolute force for generating metrics, tracking/updating project status, and defining processes. Ease of use for new users has also been a key factor for company-wide adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation management, especially for boards with large quantities of automations, can be improved. Some integrations, for example Hubspot where board items are created and updated based on the changes made on the other platform, lack detailed activity tracking for when the automation fails. Similarly, it can be difficult to discern how certain integrations are supposed to work due to lacking documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Previously did not have a way to generate and track metrics for all projects, and tracking current progression/status was done ambiguously; Monday automations and project management boards provided a way to easily update projects while simultaneously creating key performance metrics.

I love how user-friendly monday.com is. As an event coordinator, it keeps me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the app version of Monday.com was a bit easier to use.

Monday.com allows all of the event coordinators to be on the same page of what is done and what needs to be done.

Easy to use, easy to add 3rd parties with out extra cost, and a great tool to have a omncannel for project management

Cost per user on enterprise licesing is expensive
