Easy and Reliable to Work with.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like most is that we can set up the boards appropriately to what we want to see, and have the automations run them from there. This is especially useful to us during tax season, when we have a lot of different steps that go into preparing returns, and lots of different hands the process goes through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful would probably be that it doesnt connect with SmartVault. We utilize smartvault for bookkeeping and taxes, and it would be very useful to us if there was an integration between the two. Besides this, there isn't really anything that we dislike about monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the organization aspect that we need to go through our workflows. Without having the organization we would be all over the palce. However, given that we can stay organized, it lessens the amount of errors we make in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly flexible. Because you are building it yourself, you can organize your information in a way that makes sense to you and design workflows that fit your unique business model and needs, instead of trying to fit into a preset template. Monday.com is my home base - I log in every single day to manage my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because you are building your own systems, there is more work on the front end before getting things up and running. The more you want the software to do, the more you have to learn before you can implement it. There are templates available, but I haven't found one that works for my needs yet - I have built all of my boards from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my teams are remote, so Monday.com helps us to collaborate and manage our projects all in one place instead of scattered, one-off communication. It shows the status of tasks for my team and how far along we are in projects and content generation at a glance. It also streamlines the process of completing jobs and initiating the invoicing process.

What do you like best about the product?
It automates several parts of our process, sends reminders when needed, is user-friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If two labels are similar, the formulas don't work. (i.e. a label reads "Completed Task" and another reads "Complete Job", the rules don't work.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management allows us to automate client emails and task reminders which saves time, redundancy, and errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Well the weekly tasks created on monday.com helped me a lot to focus on pending to-do- list. Also option of choosing task status as per the situation is really an awesome thing which helped me to complete my work accordingly and not to worry in remembering each and every pending task.

Furthermore there is an option to see notifications with task assigned on my name, an another grateful thing which helped me to have a simply overview on those assigned things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoying work management over Monday.com so there is no reason of disliking this.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to use. I tried a bunch of systems before. I think that of all the systems I tried, the think I like about Monday is that it really allows for commuication and accoutnaiblity. Two things that I think are really lacking in the orgainzed world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dont like, other than the name when we are talking about it in a group. HAHA. It is always trying to improve which I really like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is accoutaniblty. Hold a team accoutnable without being a micromanager is really hard, and Monday allows me to do that without being overbearing. It becomes a simple reminder and people to do feel pestered. Its an active way for a leader to do passive task management with their teams.

The most useful and timesaving software I use as a Marketing Manager

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com Work Management for all our marketing plans, from content calendars, shared todo lists, deadlines, goals, and much more. It's allowed my entire team to streamline our process, from ideas to execution. We're able to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

We're a flower farm, so sometimes you're in the middle of a field, and need to update or checking something on Monday's Work Management, and it's super easy to use their mobile app.

I love how visual the entire system is, and add a little gamification to what would be a slightly boring task.

It's easy for the whole team to use, with little need for training, as it's all pretty straight forward.

My favourite new feature, is setting up forms and automations to make my life easier. Saving my time from repetative tasks, that Monday's Work Management system does for me now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, is sometimes you try to add a new item to a calendar view board, and you have to refesh the page for it to work. It's the only downside I've had so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our marketing plans, objectives and tasks in one place for the team to understand what's needed, when and by who.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to assign tasks, add updates, mark things as completed, etc.. The platform makes everything really easy for organizing team meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the ability to duplicate lists

It is the perfect place for my entire team to make updates and keep us informed

Helped Integrate the whole company

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our company across all the departments be able to have live feedback into projects, see current project status, and help keep projects moving along smooth. For our field installers, it has been great for them to be able to use the mobile app. Overall very easy to setup and when we got to more technical issues, the customer support team was very helpful in working through out custom application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross board mirroring could use some work. We have had to make some work arounds to make things work. For as much like excel that Monday.com is like, it sometimes lacks features that excel has that would be amazing to have for mittoring, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has help us dramatically in being able to bring instant updating and real time tracking for our projects. Previously we used Microsoft access and white boards. Now we have instant insight across the company for each project.
