Of the best applications to manage your work

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com saved my life at work! Now my whole team is aligned and tasks are managed without stress. It even seems like we are more productive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is cool, but honestly, I feel like it's more complicated in some details. Sometimes I spend more time setting things up than working on what's important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been a game changer in my work. Now I can organize all the team's tasks in one place, track them in real time, and I never miss anything. It's like having a personal assistant!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday Work Management is how incredibly user-friendly it is, even for individuals with little to no prior experience in project management tools. The platform’s gamification elements make daily tasks more engaging and fun, keeping the team motivated. Additionally, the speed and responsiveness of the system ensure that workflows are seamless and efficient, saving us valuable time
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find the guest access features essential, there’s room for improvement in providing more granular restriction options and making everything even more customizable to fit specific needs. Additionally, when working with very large boards, the platform’s performance can slow down slightly, which can hinder efficiency in those cases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a software solution that is easily customizable—not by external developers but by our own team—and capable of handling varied workflows across multiple departments. Monday Work Management has provided exactly that, enabling seamless collaboration and alignment between teams. This has significantly streamlined our processes, improved transparency, and allowed us to adapt workflows to our specific needs quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

How lagged the typing is. It doesnt seem to capture all of my keystrokes when I type.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organize and optimize my time at work, it's so easy to use I can have multiple items in one tool, I use it daily and It has filters that help us understand and organize our schedules. When we have issues with it, reaching a representative and solving our problems is simple. We have it connected to our Rolebot app and it downloads the candidate's data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to load info but I think it is because I have a lot of items in one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize and knows the exact stage where the candidate's is. It optimizes the time by automatically moving our follow ups to the best date.

What do you like best about the product?
"I like that it is fairly user friendly and has lots of customization options.
We are using it a bit outside of the standard/typical use, so the ability to customize so much has been great for us."
The above is what I wrote in my first review of Monday, about a year ago, and that still holds true. We have expanded what we are using it for, and have used some of the new features and it has been really smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we have worked out most kinks that were on an older review. Now that we have been using the product longer, that helped. The email feature is still not my favorite, but I have gotten used to the way it works now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for collaboration across multiple employee teams that are all remote.
It allows everyone to see the workflow process and who is doing what and go in and pull their pieces of the project to work on as needed.
It also is a centralized spot for us to put notes and updates accessible to the entire team.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing that I like about Monday is the interface.It is a nice balance of features...not too elemental and stark like some, and not too bloated like many.
Its clear, concise and completely customizable with almost every possible feature and addon available. I have been using it for three years and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent actually found anything yet that I would suggest as an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly disorganization. It keeps everyone on different teams aligned.

Best Software for Collaborative Work

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is simple and easy to use while also being customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features require you to spend more. Like the ability to make graphs and charts. I used to make boards for our yearly budget with charts and graphs but that is no longer and option with the subscription we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a small two person marketing team. Before Monday, we were having trouble keeping track of our projects. And things would pop up, you get distracted with the next task, and things were falling by the wayside. With Monday, we can have one list going, with due dates, who's working on what, and room for comments. As things pop up last minute, we can easily add to the list and the other person is notified. Every week we look back to see way has been completed and what hasn't.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to visually see the status of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a notification sent when someone marks something off of a "check list" within in a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for easy cross-communicaiton both internally and with clients. Keeps everyone on the same page and is a good "single source" for everyone.

Daily work management at it's best!

What do you like best about the product?
It's life to me to be able to check "My Work" and see all pending tasks across all boards! It helps me to stay on top of communication by emailing from the item as well as reminders and automations for daily task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I cannot change the columns in the sub-tasks to vary. Other than that, I absolutely love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying connected with Business Affiliates and Contractors and keeping up with current clients and their projects. I also give access to my clients to a board that outlines the project or event and they love accessing a dashboard with all of their links and responsibilites.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the capabilities of structuring and automation. It helps so much not to imput these manualy.

It really is effortless!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my only concern it's when you go at the end of each board you see all the completed task. I just wish it's on a archaval board instead of the task board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps all of my team to have a clear view of task revision and pending workload. It defently heps me to scope out prioties
