What do you like best about the product?
The UI is so clean and easy to see what's what!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit clunky, moving items around, hard to bulk edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking multiple deliverables through a project's lifespan. App Programming process.

Monday has changed our company!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the capabilities it provides. You can set up a board and set limits as to who can view it or edit it. It allows information to flow seamlessly between all the parts of our company. From the shop foreman, to the scheduling specialist, the finance department, the install coordinator, and the project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the phone version was as seamless as the laptop version. I just use it mainly on my laptop, because its hard to navigate on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts everyone on the same page. Our company nicknamed the main flow board "The Whole Enchilada", because that is what it is for us. Before we had Monday, we had several other avenues for tracking and maintaining data, scheduling, finance and workflow and now its all in one main program.

Helps Keep Me on Track and Organized

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make multiple boards is very helpful with separating different branches of our business. It makes it much easier to organize projects for invoicing as well. The program is fairly quick and easy to learn, which helps when new employees come on board. This is a program we use everyday so the ease of use and ability to collaborate is very important!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could link to more programs so that there was less we had to manually input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with time tracking. If we miss something, it gives us a track record that we can look back on.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is flexible, but more importantly it presents all information and tasks in a clean and easy to understand way. Monday.com allows our team to share information and manage projects and campaigns in an easy and effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the setup can be a bit time consuming. When it comes to notifications by email it is difficult to get a balance between too many emails, and not enough engagement with users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to easily track campaigns with high degrees of complexity. Manage campaigns over time and provide a good record of past activity.

Comprehensive tool for complex teams

What do you like best about the product?
In a large organization with integrated teams, Monday.com is an essential tool to keep track of projects, collaborate, and understand the work at a high level as well as up close with granular details. It has become an integral part of how we manage our workflows, reviews and approval processes, and communicate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can become overhwhelming because it makes so much information so readily available. "Information overload" can create confusion and paralysis if it is not easy to understand or to quickly find which action items are most relevant to the end-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates what would be several tools and manual processes (calendars, emails, chats, etc) into a one-stop-shop experience for all of our planning and coordinating of work. This has cut down on uncessary meetings, redundnant internal communications, and made our team more agile.

What do you like best about the product?
The constant product updates aligning to industry-best practices is invaluable. Additionally, the platform remains flexible to build custom workflows not found in any other project management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing speed and errors occur occasionally.

Best project management system we have used - migrated from Jira

What do you like best about the product?
We previously used both Trello and Jira, but I feel Monday is perfect combination of the two. It is flexible and versatile, and allows us to collaborate with different teams and manage our own workloads in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications and feed can be confusing as they're very similar and sometimes duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us visibility of what the team are working on/progress on their tasks. It also allows us to see what various people are working on as part of a wider project and works as a central location for assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows us to hide or show individual tasks, so even complex projects are always clearly displayed and important information (kpi) can be accessed at a glance. This is also extremely helpful when organising multiple teams in one board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Location field does not allow reports from Excel, sometimes complicated implementation of CRM, Sometimes, even though employees have the necessary rights, they cannot make changes to the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us to generate crm, leads and pipelines for in- and outside sales, weekly and/or monthly statistics and agendas, roadmaps, planing and organisation of trade fairs.

Monday.com makes the week workload much more organised and easy to track projects

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool that helps our agency stay organised. With so many staff, each working remotely and in different timezones, we have made our Monday boards the central point where we communicate. It's easy to track everything from invoices sent from clients (and their status), tasks to do, and creative ideas to new areas of the business to work on. The list goes on; we use it all day long, too. What's also interesting is the new integrated AI feature, which is helpful. When we start working with a new client, we add them as a guest user, and we have had no complaints about them using it in the workflow - they find it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a chat feature would be helpful, but there isn't really that much that you haven't thought to, I'm my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us track projects and their status. There are many staff working on each project so its easy to see who is doing what and when and also what needs to be done. From a banking and payments aspect - we use it for invoice tracking. When we receive invoices, we add the files to each group and tag the finance team - that way we have a trail or everything and no emails are needed!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which Monday Work Management organizes tasks and sets priorities, simplifying my daily work. The template creation functionality is impressive, and the ability to manage projects within portfolios allows me a comprehensive approach. Additionally, the possibility to customize for different departments is a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how complicated it is to manage repetitive tasks in the Gantt chart of Monday Work Management. When I have tasks that need to be done on specific days, like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it's difficult to set them up to display correctly. The tasks are shown linearly or do not reflect correctly on the exact days I am going to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate the organization of tasks and documents, helping me to prioritize and focus my efforts without complications. The customization of projects and the functionality of projects and portfolios allow everything to be kept organized and within a centralized focus.
