Effortless Workflow and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps make for a smoother work flow throughout the day. I use it multiple times throughout the day, and find it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have much to say negative about Monday's functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems by allowing me to see who is working on what and when. Making sure projects are being cared for in a timely manner.
Automations That Make Work Easier
What do you like best about the product?
creating Automations for easy workflow and importing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to set a date default setting. i have to change the date format for every date column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is excellent for keeping our teams informed about project updates. I especially appreciate how any changes to fields are reflected immediately, ensuring that everyone stays on the same page at all times.
Seamless and Effortless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Its so seamless and easy to use and connect with teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the updates section a bit confusing at times, and I don't particularly enjoy it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes collaborating with everyone on the team no matter where they are working from so easy to navigate. We get the job done much faster!
Essential Tool for Organizing and Managing Team Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday Work Management to organize my work responsibilities, as well as coordinate projects with my broader team. I love being able to update each task and break tasks into subtasks, as well as having a centralized place for notes. I highly recommend Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is that it's not super user friendly at first and is a bit of a learning curve to use Monday.com to the fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is trying to solve disorganized communication during cross-collaboration projects and work management. It benefits me because we have a central place to host all the steps on a project and communicate to ensure the project is completed on time and to the best of our abilities.
All-in-One Marketing Hub That Streamlines Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It gives our team one place to see everything that’s happening across marketing and customer acquisition. Campaigns, experiments, content, paid and it all lives in one view, so it’s much easier to spot what’s moving the needle and what’s stuck. The automations are also really handy for keeping things flowing without endless Slack reminders. For example, tasks get assigned, statuses change, and people get notified without anyone having to chase.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit heavy and cluttered once you have a lot of boards and workflows running. Simple things sometimes take too many clicks, and the signal can get lost in all the notifications and views if you’re not really disciplined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday, bits of our marketing and customer acquisition work were scattered across docs, chats, and spreadsheets. Things slipped through the cracks, and it was hard to tell who owned what or where a campaign was up to.
Now, all of that lives in one place. We can see every campaign, channel, and experiment in a single view, with clear owners and deadlines.

i think that the worst thing is the actualization of the notifications

the organization of all items that we have in our company, is necessary for understand all the process
So easy to collaborate and simple to learn!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to share project status with all members of the team, and to move things around from group to group and board to board. It is also very easy to duplicate boards and reuse them. I love the flexibility of creating my own status tags and managing who can review, comment, and add. The search functionality is also very strong. We also use it for registration forms, submission forms for contests, and other similar projects and it aggregates content in such an easy to use way! I use it all day long every day. Getting it set up required a little bit of training but once we understood the basics it's pretty darn WYSIWYG.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's because we are using it for something it was not designed to do, but I would love to see more options for using the tool to gather survey responses. We use it in that capacity sometimes but being limited only to a 5-star scale keeps us from using it more. The same with registration forms; the tool isn't really designed for it so we've had some hiccups trying to nest questions. But these would be bonuses, not complaints.

Keeping track of projects across multiple lines of business so we are always delivering on time
Being a reliable and searchable repository of project activity so we can do accurate reporting - the graphs and other tracking features are so useful
Making it easy to keep conversations about the project in the project tracking location, so we are "out of email and Teams" and can easily keep up with everyone's questions, comments, and updates
Being a great source for forms and intake documents that we can flow directly into a project board - makes our Annual Meeting planning so much easier
Allowing for application of formulas so we can track can drive submissions across our offices and report out via our intranet in real time - what a motivator for our employees!

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the interface of monday Work Management, which is clear, flexible, and easy to understand. It simplifies the management of podcast projects that we carry out at my agency. By detailing each project into elements and sub-elements, the available dashboard allows me to keep track of all aspects of ongoing projects, such as pre-production, production, post-production, and promotion. monday Work Management also offers us more possibilities, notably through the clarity of its tables and calendars, which is particularly valuable for podcast production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application runs slowly or freezes, preventing me from accessing certain parts of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize all stages of podcast project production, from pre-production to promotion, which allows for more efficient management.
