Using monday.com for bug tracking and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com proved to be very simple, but at the same time complete for all our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with GIT repositories is not very complete: We have a GitLab repository and we were not able to use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can easily manage multiple projects and multiple resources, with careful monitoring of individual people's workload

Great adaptable software with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday has really streamlined our workflow and enabled us to move away from spreadsheets and emails to simple processes supported by automations. I absolutely love that I can always get hold off an actual human via the live chat and though a variety of ttols the support team endeavor to do everything them can to solve our problems. Possibly the best support that I have received for any software ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
- It can be clunky at times and occasionally crashes as its using so much processing power
- Some limitations with mirroring as it only works once and changes on the source board aren't carried through the the items on the mirrored boards
- Some issues with not being able to adjust column widths which result in huge unweildy boards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to manages hundreds of sites at a time and for multiple users to easily input their data and provide updates

The ability to share status between the staff, and that anyone can update it.

I can't tell who updated what on the board.

Project management: we use it to give assignments to researchers and update the status of projects to finance.
Monday simplifies workflows and processes!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and to implement, it integrates with Slack & Gmail and you can use the same product for so many different processes and workflows!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to tag an employee in a board as a contact person, they must be members of the board

It simplifies workflows with automations, saves time by connecting different boards of different departments and facilitates communication and project management

how easy it to understand how to use and make the system served you and not the opposite. i use it to any kind of project, and integrate with other systems/

Nothing. for me it perfect and ger improved all the time

one place where all the data, project, process and everything about the organization work. All in the same place connect together

there is a lot for certain "simple" features that simply is not there. Basic formulas or commands that we need that we think it can fairly easly implemented.
