What do you like best about the product?
The tool is really helpful in arranging my tasks per due dates so I can manage my day more efficiently

None at all. So far it's everything I needed

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it is to use and customize for different types of work. The layout is super visual, so it's simple to see who’s doing what and when things are due. It keeps everyone on the same page without needing a ton of meetings. I also really appreciate the automations — they save time on repetitive stuff — and the fact that it works well with tools we already use like Google Drive and Slack. It just makes managing projects a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about monday Work Management is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially with all the features and customization options. It takes some time to figure out the best setup for your team, and if you don’t have someone familiar with the tool, it’s easy to get lost. Some of the more advanced features are also only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve the problem of scattered communication and disorganized task tracking. Before using it, we relied on emails, spreadsheets, and chats that often led to missed deadlines and confusion over who was responsible for what. Now, everything is in one place — from project timelines to file sharing and updates — which makes collaboration much clearer and more efficient. It’s helped our team stay aligned, work more transparently, and save time by cutting down on back-and-forth messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Monday.com to stay on top of our service jobs, from crew scheduling to rigging and gear logistics. It’s been a great tool for keeping everything organized while we juggle multiple projects. The custom boards and dashboards make it easy to track where jobs stand, and automations help us stay ahead of deadlines. It’s saved us a lot of time and keeps our team aligned. We use this daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the mobile app had more editing options, but overall, it’s been a reliable and essential part of our workflow.

It allows us to sprint between projects, adapt to changes quickly, and keep everything organized so we can continue delivering high-quality results for our customers.

Efficient Task management and automations as well as great features for team work
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile search isn't as great. Also reorganizing tasks into groups is basically impossible on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an overview of daily and quarterly taks, golas etc.
Excellent work management software with tasks assignment.

I like Monday work management and their task assignments with dates and responsible person. And the link feature is very nice. I do not need to put same data in multiple boards and can only enter once and then duplicate them easily.

I do not find anything which is not very useful.

It is fantastic for managing projects, tasks - we work with 100s of clients at a time and managing all at once is made easy with monday
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. There are a lot of features that Monday should have, that they just leave to the marketplace developers, which then means we have to pay more and more on top of our license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes onboarding clients infinitely easier to keep track of, especially when onboarding has many intricacies, it's easy to see everything in one place.
iT IS EASY TO USE AND comfortable for registration of huge information.
What do you like best about the product?
I like on Monday.com that it allows me to download the registered information into Excel when I need to export information without any trouble. Also the filter of the information is much easier than other CRM. We use Monday.com everyday for our internal use. Customer support is helpful and I can contact directly the team when it is necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets stuck and I have to wait, as the program is online,e and I think it depends on the server and internet speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations are making my daily work easy and helps to save a lot of time.

My first experience with Monday was when I joined the company. I found it extremely organized and effective. We were able to easily coordinate our weekly tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I didn't find anything bad about Monday, I've been using it for almost 3 years at the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the Sprint's organization of tasks. We've been able to identify everything we have to do during the week.
