A handy little tool that will organise your work life!
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of Monday is having the ability to create my own personal boards and rank the subitems in terms of priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the intergations between different boards don't always incorporate each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me and my work team a sense of direction and priority of tasks each day

The ease of use and the fancy buttons make it like you are feeling accomplished when completing a task

The CRM needs work as it is not as easy to use as other CRMs

sometimes due to the amount of numbers/ stadistics it takes long to generate the graphs.

Great platform for companies that are evolving or transforming
What do you like best about the product?
It is insanely flexibel and easy to use for most users. It makes collaboration fun and promotes transparancy and a positive working attitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price... everything else is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many transforming companies can not exactly describe how processes should evolve. Monday gives them the flexibility to change avery process as they use it without the need for IT consultants, releases etc.
Also it improves collaborration and saves a lot of time (and IT costs) with features like document management and version management.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Monday has been positive. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, is customizable and workflow automation have significantly improved our project management. improved our communication and document sharing processes.

However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The pricing structure can be a bit steep for smaller teams or startups. Despite these minor drawbacks, Monday.com remains a valuable tool for our team's collaboration and productivity.

Previously, managing projects across different tools and platforms led to confusion and inefficiencies. Communication gaps and delays in information sharing were common when using multiple communication channels. Handling repetitive tasks manually was time-consuming and prone to errors. Switching between multiple tools for different tasks led to inefficiencies and fragmented workflows.

Its relatively easy and intuitive to use. Having had a brief overview from a colleague, I was able to start using.

Whenever I have had a technical question, the support team have answered me immediately often providing video explanations. Very easy to integrate with email.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does require quite a lot of discipline and organisation of the boards.
Many times we find duplicate items which should be combined.
Saving of contact details is not so easy.
The "update by email" function is very useful, I bcc emails to my clients, however it woudl be even better if replies would be autoforwaded there as well.

We've been using Monday.com for over 2 years now, daily, to manage our clients and projects, use it for our social media management strategies, track team and recruitment efforts, and much more. It's a versatile tool that keeps our workflow organized and enhances our productivity.
It allows a comprehensive Project Management, to efficiently track project progress, deadlines, and team responsibilities. It offers robust features for monitoring team performance and managing recruitment processes. You can create a dashboard of your liking to satisfy the needs of your specific projects, and on top you can share the aspects of these boards with your clients, without them having to be a member

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Copy Functionality: The main drawback is the inability to select and copy specific tables or boxes into other programs. This process is manual and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep track of different projects, all with different needs, so I never get confused or forget about which stage are we with each client, or which tasks needs to be manager / delivered / distributed.
