Makes my job very easy and organized

It is very easy and simple to set up and use.

To keep certain processes we have in order and on a time line

I like the ability to customize the program to suit the needs of our business for our day to day operations. I also like that the software can be used anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Monday does not have a user-friendly interface for CMR. The current shared workspace in Monday is complicated and would require to teach the end users how to navigate and operate it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I found that for some people in my organization, Monday is not easy to learn, but I think it's not a big issue if you have someone on your team who can help you with such products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to separete projects, set up recurring tasks, and keep them on track with saving updates.
Intuitive, multi-use platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan out marketing content with personalized boards/items and being able to collaborate with team members It is easy to use. I use it for work everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
No additional sub-items beyond the first one. It would be good to have further tiers available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily scheduling marketing activities all in one place where all team members can see any updates, the content etc. Being able to tag other members is great for collaboration and the approvals process too.

Monday.com is very easy to use as a team. it keeps all of our projects organized and accessible to anyone on the team.

Monday Work Management helps streamline task tracking and team collaboration, ensuring everyone stays aligned and on schedule. This saves time, reduces miscommunication, and makes managing projects much more efficient.

The visuals are great, we can separate sections by colors.

It's too slow, from the second I do an action, it sometimes takes more than 5 seconds to update.

Great system but has limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create processes and workflows on the fly and the ability to give clients access and communicate directly, we use as our system to run the entire bsiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow and buggy, enterprise plan pricing only as a yearly cost with no option to pay monthly, you need to find your own way round the system such as learn how to create automations and cross board links, would benifit from a new user training program, customer support is lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely flexible, can do just about anything with the right imagination. Huge app store to extend the functionality. Great support, and lots of helpful information from the community online.
We used it both for work/task management, project management and a CRM. We were an accounting firm and payroll service and we ran the entire business on Monday.
One of the coolest things I found was that I implemented Monday for my department (payroll services), and briefly showed the rest of the company how it works. They adopted it on their own and it spread like wildfire. It was great to see how other departments implemented it, and I only had to answer a few questions on my end. The product sold itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's flexibility is both good and bad. Employees can screw it up if they don't follow the process well. If you have the Enterprise license you can lock the system down more.

We ran the entire company on emails and spreadsheets before having Monday. Monday brought all the information together into one database and workflow.
