I can't imagine doing my job without monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Right now, I'm juggling three roles within my company. It's a lot. But Monday.com doesn't miss a beat. I toggle between boards, easily transitioning in and of departments, keeping my team updated and happy with my work. Bespoke automations make sure nothing falls through the cracks and their ever-evolving features and add-ons make mediocre work management a thing of the past. Thank you, monday.com. I couldn't be doing this without you!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are SO many features I'm not utilizing. I wish there was a quick way to learn it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in three different departments without dropping the ball or burning out.
Efficient Project Management with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Monday.com to keep project timelines organized and clearly outline where each deliverable is at in the development process. I use the function to mass-shift a timeline on a weekly basis, and I love that it saves me time when a change happens in a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Monday.com is the time it takes to create and maintain project tasks. There could be ways to save time on this, like adding the ability to mass-change multiple sub-item names in bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is a solution to identify the steps in a client project, lay out the timeline, and keep client projects moving and the team collaborating at each step.
Essential project management software for busy marketing teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I have previously used Asana and Trello as project management tools and have to say that Monday trumps both of them. It's incredibly easy to use but at the same time allows for customisable setups.
For busy marketing teams with several different projects on the go, I'd recommend Monday as the tool to use. Its UX and overall UI are so far ahead of the competition, making it easy to use and not a chore like so many other project management tools.
For this reason, it's become an essential part of our team's tech stack. For our weekly meetings, Monday is used as a reference point and displayed on the TV screens so everyone can stay informed on what the team is working on.
Our marketing team works in sprints, so we've also been getting a lot of use from its Kanban feature

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to mind. Perhaps the daily highly email could provide more context instead of simply listing out assignments due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small but busy marketing team in a fast-paced company, meaning that each team member has a wide range of tasks to keep track of. Monday solves the issue of losing track of projects and tasks by easily enabling us to set deadlines, add subtasks and easily share with the rest of the team. The Kanban feature enables us to stay on top of our tasks in our marketing sprints.
My team was previously using Trello, and while there were no specific issues, it did at times feel like we were working in Silos. Monday.com has a far superior UI when it comes to projects that multiple stakeholders, tasks, and deadlines.

Very good service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have all tasks organized and the automations work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that a small error in the automation can leave your board empty of informtaion. We have two boards right now that should connect to each other but seems to not do that. This has left us with all task lacking information. I wish there was some way to safe proof it or some sort or easier way to report specific incidents right away in the board instead of sending a form with all issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize all of the tasks and easily shows when something is completed or not
Highly adaptable and convenient

Monday.com streamlines processes, offers a user-friendly interface, customizable workflows, and powerful automation features. These benefits enhance task management and boost productivity.
Monday.com gives me a handle on my tasks and my team's tasks to help effectively plan my day
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily customize and tailor each table so I can record exactly what data I need in which order makes the most sense. My team members also love it, it's been very easy to get people on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is great, but the automation processes can be a bit too time intensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-profit we are always in a state of being under-resourced but with a very intense workload. Monday.com helps us keep track of everything in one place (no more multiple spreadsheets) and helps us understand what are the real priorities and make sure we are focusing our efforts where we'll get the most reward.
Best tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is a fantastic tool for collaborating with different teams and managing a variety of tasks/jobs. It's straightforward to create tickets and have them automatically go to different boards and assign them to the right person. I love that there is a log of when things were done, so you can go back and check anything if there were any problems. It's also very customisable to suit different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything as it does everything that I need it to and a whole lot more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our team collaborate efficiently and effectively. It benefits us by saving us time and keeps a record of each step along the way. It also helps keep track of my own individual tasks and I can easily create my own boards to help with my own time and project management.
