My life as an editor is much more organised - I can see at a glance where the magazine is up to.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very flexible and so easily customised - and I'm not techy at all!
What do you dislike about the product?
That others in my team are not using it!

Monday is great for organizing tasks and staying on schedule
What do you like best about the product?
The "My Tasks" view shows all upcoming tasks to be completed in order of due date. It's great to have such an easy overview to plan out your week. It also integrates with our time tracking software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have a learning curve at first, and be a bit technical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes our projects and individual tasks, makes it easy to see timelines and due dates, and makes it easy to collaborate with others on the project.
Practical and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
My team work with Monday on a daily basis, it helps keep our 100's of open projects organised and on track. It's really collaborative and keeps the whole team up to date at a glance. Makes invoicing seamless too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm aware there is a time tracking feature in Monday but we don't use it. We use a different platform that is more extensive.

Keeps track of all projects in one place and makes working on projects easy with a larger team.

It's automation and easy creation of plans, timelines, and documentations

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexability it gives me to create process for my processes. Allow me to explain, when new requests come in I love the power of being able to easly create a form where I can create automations to help with vetting my work. In addtion, I love that i can share any board with external folks to keep them accountable and give them visibility to our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you work with a large organziation who is using Monday.com the boards can become overwhelming if you haven't built memory muscle to navigate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many tecticles when managing one of external partners. I used to use excel sheets, emails, and meeting minutes to track all the work we do but with Monday.com it now allows me to track multiple boards with different purposes in one location without limiting access to my external collaborator.

Price is very high for Brazil, even in the lower plans.

Remote team working is a breeze with monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
Being a team of creatives spread across Jersey, UK, France and Spain, the ability to have and utilise a remote-access project management system is essential. After much research, we found that monday.com offered the best and most comprehensive set of tools and everyone in the team, both local and remote, enjoys using monday.com to manage various small and large scale projects, one-off and regular tasks as well keep track of social media posting, print advertising, competition entries, meeting notes and employee holidays. Every aspect of managing the business can be covered using monday.com and we'd be lost without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the desktop app being glitchy at times, we all love using monday.com to manage our company tasks and projects. There have only been a handful of times in the last 3 years where we haven't been able to access the system or it hasn't been saving updates etc. There is no ability to print easily from boards as PDFs, rather you have to export to Excel first. There is no ability to access and manage billing from the desktop app, only in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a local and remote team of various ages and skill levels, having a project and task management system that was easy to learn and use daily was essential. In an effort to move away from versioned Excel/Word documents, we needed a smooth and functioning system to enable this and allow all the team to feel at ease working from a central online location. Work no longer gets lost or accidentally deleted and everything is trackable and we've been able to streamline processes which were clunky and a time drain. The mobile app is a huge benefit as well.
monday.com has been a great tool for our needs to manage portfolio and track & improve KPIs.
What do you like best about the product?
The most appreciated feature would be the great, friendly and intuitive user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the Formula section could be enhanced, as it is quite simple as it is.

There are an over-abundance of notifications so it is important to review and choose which notifications you actually need
