What do you like best about the product?
Automations, and Integrations. Connecting all boards in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday form. I want to customize on the prefered layout but it can't.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily organize my projects, calendar, and accounts is a lifesaver. Our marketing team has not missed a single deadline since implementing Monday.com three years ago. I organize all of our webinars, trade shows, events, strategic account plans, acquisitions, and more on Monday.com. It is a tool I use every single day and is always open on my computer. I think our C suite is sick of me 'saying it's on Monday.' I love how easy it is for everyone to know which step in a project we are on. It keeps our team accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to more easily bring over a spreadsheet. I want to easily bring over and choose the columns. I think that would save me a ton of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place with easy communication. We are saving time from not sorting through 9 million emails and never missing deadlines.

One of the best Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the perfect tool. It helps me with sales management and administration. Its dashboards and the ease of entering information make it a very useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
You could ask for more templates. The visibility of some templates is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to have a better management of clients, prospects and projects, it helps me to quantify and visualize the amount of hours that each member of my team dedicates to a project.

Monday keeps our team organised, and accountable, as things flow smoothly and we're able to keep everything visible.

It's all upside for me, as visibility and accountability are accounted for.

Sometimes, the automation does not work and the task did not get flagged.

I have to keep track of many many dates making sure that they don't come due - so Monday helps ease that.
Simplicity At Its Finest
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using monday for about 8 years now, and I originally was introduced via a friends account as they used it for thier business and I was a guest on their boards.
I found Monday.com to be:
- Easy to use
- Able to change views based on the job I was doing
- Ability to create templates for future use and implementation
- Their staff to be knowledgable with their support answers and able to answer my questions in a timely manner
- Forward thinking with the ability to suggest new features, and before too long they were implemented
I have recommended quite a few others to use the system over those years and they are all still with them after all this time.
I am a daily user, and I am also an admin on a few other accounts too.
Despite other similar services being offered, I have found monday.com to be more robust and easier to use than all of the others that are out there.
I found Monday.com to be:

There should be a way to switch between accounts that you are an admin / guest on. So I don't have to have multiple tabs open on my browser.

A great workflow tool which helps us manage all our ongoing projects
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of moving tasks around in the Dashboard. It is simple to either re-allocate from person to person or even into another Dashboard when isolating different tasks on different dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching of archived items with regard to certain clients and tasks. In addition to this, the integration of our emails and document management is poor.

The platform seamlessly integrates with various tools and applications we already use, such as Slack, Google Drive etc. This has allowed us to consolidate our workflows and avoid the hassle of switching between multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is user friendly, can support as a repository or project management tools, & makes it easy to collaborate with team members. I love all the extra features the tool offers for automation & column types. Our team uses it on a daily basis to help us stay aligned. It is easy to use & easy to teach to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Kanban card view as much as similar project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to keep track of our clients/candidates, as a repository for keeping track of data & processes, an onboarding management tool, a project management tool, and so much more. Monday.com is so versatile that I can leverage it in multiple ways to meet the needs of our business.
