User-friendly, intuitive and practical

What do you like best about the product?
The main upside of using monday.com is that it helps our team to organise our marketing calendar in a highly efficient manner. It's easy to share with colleagues and externals, and allows us to plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we are doubling up on information that is also kept elsewhere, like in emails or planning documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's holding us accountable to our plan and allows us to track upcoming projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using monday.com for years and, although there are other less expensive tools, I believe Monday.com is perfect for many reasons and is priced very well for the value. We run many projects with different teams and lots of outsourced freelancers. Monday.com offers certain tools that make our process faster and better. It allows you to easily add guest accounts, board automation is simple to implement, and overall organization is easy to follow once you get used to the system. One of my favorite tools is the public view link we can create to quickly share with different parties who don't need to participate in the process but need to be updated on the status of the project timelines. Lastly, we have had some situations that required us to reach out to customer support and the Monday.com team easily answered our questions and provided solutions. We use Monday.com every day and would definitely recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a workspace owner, I would like to have the ability to limit email notifications to the hours of 9 am to 6 pm, which unfortunately I am unable to do. Another issue, which is common across all platforms, is the integration phase as it requires a lot of implementation. However, once it is set up and automation is complete, it will save you a lot of time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything in one place by allowing us to integrate our timelines and feedback with our current communication tools such as Slack, email, and Typeforms. This benefits my project management business as we have lots of different customers that require different project management organization tactics. Monday.com offers enough customizations to change the parameters per client, making it easy for us to customize our service to our customers while keeping everything neat and integrated under one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the design. It's really visually appealing and things can be entered and categorized into boards easily which makes it great to get all of my work organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I click into a row and simply want to enter information, the way that a pop up box will open to the left can be annoying as I don't always want to enter information that way. I would prefer that came up on a double click, but sometimes it just appears on a single click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com currently solves the issues we have with keeping all of our task written out, planned out, and managed from start to finish. There can be a lot that our department has to take of and having Monday.com really makes it easy to keep everything in order and aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite things about monday.com include the app, the user friendliness, and the ability to collaborate with others on your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that when you create a column, that column has to continue amongst all groups in that specific tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me be more organized and helps me track my progress on my projects.

Using Monday.com allows me to easily view projects, timelines, and in an organized way.

When I have needed to download, it is not as user-friendly as I would like.

What do you like best about the product?
The metrics created by Monday are critical for my organization. While we use Monday to organize projects and assignments, an unanticipated benefit has been the ability to demonstrate the success of my department through Monday metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like another level to "step down" for details on a project. Often, a project has multiple tasks and related tasks. It would be good to have this one place vs creating additional projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a multitude of projects for different clients and departments.

Team sharing and tracking made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Team members find it easy to adopt, and even if they're not interested in how it works, they love the colourful, timely, and simple interface and ease of use. We use it daily in our little not-for-profit, and it helps everyone keep up-to-date and track their tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
While changes and improvements are inevitable and often welcome. It would be good to be able to keep the same version with new features turned off for implementation when it suits our business rhythm and staff and volunteer availability for training. Getting hooked on is that may be charged for in the future is a weakness of mine!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because everyone works part-time and we are a not-for-profit, our staff and volunteers are people-focused. It's challenging to get everyone together because they are dispersed and running their programs, so Monday.com helps us keep on top of things and coordinate priorities.

Great software, frustrating price structures and changes

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has a lot of things useful and the interface is relatively simple for anyone to figure out within a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the purpose my business uses monday for I don't need a lot of the features, your company has recently baked in a bunch of features I didn't ask for and forced a price increase. From $480 to $700 a year is a big jump. I am on the fence whether it's sustainable to stay with monday.

To clarify though it's not because the software is bad by any means, it's just the my specific use case can't justify the current costs.

A lower tier plan that allows me to only use the features I need, no AI bs would be greatly appreciated for a small fish in the pond like me.

Hopefully a real person reviews these and thank you for hearing me out
