A Game Changer for scheduling and tracking of projects

What do you like best about the product?
Communication tool across departments is vital and has made a massive difference to work flow and team culture
What do you dislike about the product?
When updates happen and privleges or access to certain things are changed and businesses are coersed into upgrading/paying more money to get certain things that they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication delays are lessened, scheduling bottlenecks are minimised, obstacles are noticed sooner and can be overcome more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked for two nonprofits that have started new subscriptions with Monday.com. It is fabulous to help with event coordination and automated reminders about deadlines. My day revolves around Monday.com and I'm happy to say many other nonprofit professionals think the same. Other team members have taken time to integrate their work with Monday.com which only took a day to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with Monday.com is organizing automations. I wish you could reorder automations based on what happens first and last so you can chronologically order automations on the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my nonprofit we have annual events that have never been streamlined and prioritized by tasks. This organization and accountability between team members holds the team together through collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Great being able to see everyone's workload at a glance, and sharing briefs and documents, Love the llama farm!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a powerful tool and I don't think we know enough about its capabilities.

Doing the role of an averising traffic manager

Not just another Monday

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, integration and various views that allow for multiple formats and teams to see projects progess how they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
the connection with Azure devops has some limitations and is unable to work with multiple ADO project boards. There is a sync problem that we ran into where updates on monday.com were changing unintended fields in ADO. Something like trying to add the work item link in, using an old link from another item as a base, would immediately change the target work item's title and details to the link used as a base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple teams need to prioritize dept needs from the same resource pool. We use Monday to prioritize each team's need and keep a clean view of what each dept needs and where it is in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has really cool features that can benefit certain departments within an organisation. Monday has contributed a lot within my workplace, it has helped with tracking data, fact checking or data accuracy, avoiding duplocation of entries etc
What do you dislike about the product?
If you were not given proper training/demo on how to use monday it can be quite difficult to understand if you dont know the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking data entry, status updating, filters are amazing

It creates a checklist for me to go back on and complete any pending tasks

I am unable to install it on my phone so I can use it when am not at my desk

Managing projects and orders is so easy and all in one place.

I wish you could link the different boards together a bit easier, but it is still a breeze compared to other programs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and you are able to to keep updated on projects with the entire team

Sometimes it can be difficult to know which file added is the approved one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives teams visibility also to have clear understanding of timeline and which person is responsible.

Great team tool for Collaboration and Communication

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our team can collaborate better on Monday.com. We use it to update status, set goal dates and organize all our personal and team projects. Everyone on the team can comment and see comment history on items and sub-items. I love the colors. I like that is integrate easily with Slack also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to using it; it is not that steep, but it does take some time to learn. Much is intuitive, though, and it invites playing around to figure out what you like best and how the team wants to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us clarify roles-who is responsible for a project, who is supporting and collaborating. It keeps our projects organized and visible.
