What do you like best about the product?
monday has been a game changer in my orginazition of daily tasks and projects

some of the board limitations can hinder my ability to track things without buying a more expensive account

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday everyday for managing multiple sites; maintenace tasks, notes, to dos. We're able to prioritise them add photos and updates for the team to use. We can customised it depending on the board we're creating or how we need to view the information. We're able to view and analyse data gathered from specific boards and compare employee input. We've linked it to Slack and now the wider team can log jobs for us to action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating boards to view specific data took a while to master but now it's really simple to use and do. The whole team can see how our department are performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone can view the same boards and update them real time. It allows us to monitor repeated job and SLAs.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly and intuitive! Provides a simple way for you to organize yourself, your team, and and entire organization. Gives you the ability to store a lot of useful information in a format that is easy to read and find what you need quickly. Ability to share information with others easily. Access anywhere at any time using any device!
What do you dislike about the product?
To my knowledge you are not able to upload an Excel spreadsheet into Monday.com, only export one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is providing us with a tool that centralizes all important information for the departments in our company. It gives us an easy to read and easy to use platform to share information.

It has helped my team and myself organise our workload, and we use some of the smart automation functions to keep on top of deadlines which we can reset and refresh once done

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets laggy when making too many updates on boards at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interaction with different platforms and the ability to have multiple people working on the same board at the same time and seing those updates on real time.
I have been an Admin for our company's Monday.com account for about 5 years now
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com is in real time. Once I have my integrations and automations set up with a team trained on how to handle the tasks at hand, keeping track is a breeze. We use monday.com all day every day and are constantly finding ways to make tasks more effecient through automations. We use Zapier along side monday.com and have managed to turn tasks that would take team members all day into tasks that we can complete with nothing more than a few clicks and the run of an automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are quite a few paid applications that seem more like basic features (I use workarounds in these instances). I wish the email portion was a bit more fleshed out. We use the Work Management portion so perhaps that is something that has been fixed in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com in almost every department in one way or another. Saving time is probably one of the largest benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I've implemented perhaps a dozen different project management tools in my small businesses since the early 2000s. I've rolled out Microsoft Project and other maximal tools, as well as the most minimalist approaches, leveraging simple apps and methodologies. In every case, every approach has failed in my employee user acceptance, leading to patchy use of the project management tool and, therefore, failure to project manage at all.
Monday.com, which I was initially skeptical of, has achieved full user acceptance and we use it in every single project and client.

The licensing can be inflexible and pricey. There are several key features that are unavailable to the more modest license costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting project statuses to clients is almost effortless.

The management app for software companies is an extremely viable and modern option.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great management app for securing data efficiently from clients, businesses and investors.
The management features are available for both Development Teams and General Team management (and whatever breakout teams you want to add to it).
The ability to organize effectivly via Monday and as a CRM is much more enjoyable in comparisson to Salesforce and better than Asana in terms of ease of use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the it would be better only if you could add customizable dashboard options so I can make things look more like I prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps my team stay on task and deliver results effectivly. The UI UX is a bit easier on the eyes than other CRMs and the curve to learn how Monday functions for new users is low.

it is easy to integrate with zapier and it has all the necessary filters to keep track of customer lifecycle stages, custom fields we can create effortlessly and it is an intuitive platform so it's simple to understand the journey
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations with certain tool integrations like seamless.ai we cannot connect it directly with monday crm but we had to do it via zapier first and then the moday crm it makes it little complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday is able to give us the exact idea about where the customer is in lifecycle stage and it gives insights about which particular channel is giving us the results and which is not working for us , channelwise , campaign wise , ad group wise data which is easier to understand
