Worked wonders for our workflow!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to keep tabs on the status of countless jobs, even with multiple people creating estimates. It is amazing! It's easy to use, and we use it constantly on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they integrated better with more software (quickbooks, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping approved work orders in plain view, communication between team members is easier, and it is helping us get jobs completed in a timely manner
Very customizable software
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can make it send automated emails out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate with Jobber which is our CRM.

All in One Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the platform is. Our clients are beginning to be onboarded into monday to begin seeing the progress and status of their projects and they have been able to use and communicate directly in their workspace super easily! No more ridiculously long email chains and texts asking "Where is this at?"
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I wish there was a way for the timer on tasks to notify or remind me that I have one running when I go to begin another. We use this time tracking feature to record billable hours and often find ourselves having to manually fix a timer that was left on. Also, the limitation on number of boards that can be integrated with a widget has been frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been helpful in tracking the amount of time my team needs to complete work and accurately providing clients with hours worked on their projects to charge appropriately. It recently has also helped with communicating both internallya nd to partners about the status of their projects and if we run into any issues and need additional assets or questions to move a project along.
Intuitive and Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it for many things. Whether its planning my 1:1's or creating a project board. It's also extremely intuitive to use and it does a lot more than you think it would.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of capabilities I don't take advantage of because I don't know that they even exist. I'd love to see more examples of use cases.

Intuitive and easy to use. I like that it enables its users to customize what they want to keep track and how they want to automate certain tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that can still be improved. For example, the views become very useful, but they are set to the order they were created, it would be help if those tabs could be moved around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory, project management and work flow are big use-cases in our organiztion, in addition to dashboarding for leadership to easily view status of projects.
A Game Changer for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped my team organize and execute project plans, streamline our workflow, and stay within deadlines. It's easy to build and customize plans to any type of project, and the export features make it easy to share updates with our broader team. It's also helped make our team meetings more efficient, as we now can simply bring up our Monday.com project plan and walk through our list of action items and deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to build dependencies within project tasks.

Organization, collaboration, and accountability

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our nursery with efficiency in contacting and organizing new clients, while also allowing us to keep a constant flow of contact during the design, consult and installation phases. These are essential to keep and maintain, as we are expanding and growing. Plus the designers and coordinators have everything they need once we access the information established for our clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that we didn't implement using Monday years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to organize with efficiency the numerous design clients we have. It allows me, as a designer to keep the landscape coordinator informed of the progress and stages of each project we are working on, while also giving me a clear and concise overview of the multiple clients that I an working and the different stages their projects are in.
Good Data in a Snap
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our onboarding team organize ourselves and process customers in a much neater and organized way. The dashboards are extremely helpful in providing quick snapshots of our customers without having to dig through countless support tickets or notes to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure that I've necessarily found a downside. I would always like things to be a bit cheaper, but as someone who works in the tech sphere, I understand why things cost the way they do. So, I'm not upset about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create phases of onboarding, enter customers into the process and then progress them through each phase.
Monday is used every day of the week
What do you like best about the product?
Having used Assana, Trello, Jira, monday offers all the functiobality an SME business needs whilst also being an absolute pleasure to use. We love using its forms for our clients to upload their briefs, then apply automation to unsure if connects with our teams workflow, keeping us on top of and responsive to client demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not that easy to keep track of the tasks assigned to me personally across multiple boards. Theres additional agency specific functionality that would help keep on top of workloads and manage human resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has us onboard clients with workflow templates. We also plan to build all of our company SOPs and documentation into it.
Good in limited use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great because it's easy to use. Starting a new project with several groups of tasks is easy, it's our go-to platform at work for keeping various pieces of a single project in one place, and for documenting all of our correspondence with clients. It has become the central hub for all of our projects, but we only utilize it for basic project management. I feel like there are lots of features and use cases that exist that are not readily adopted by the entire agency. Like, for the sake of making everything simple for everyone, only the most basic features are ever used, standard boards. Some of the Dashboards look interesting though.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent email notifications for every thread update I'm mentioned in can be a bit annoying, maybe start having Monday send AI summaries instead?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it's solving is organizing tasks and contributions for multiple team members on various projects. If it wasn't for Monday, everything we work on would be archived in Slack and Email, which would make searching for anything specific an absolute nightmare.
