Very customizable and intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations and automations that are automatically provided are incredibly useful and time saving. The platform is very intuitive and easy for our staff to utilize with their own systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation customizations are not available at this time, so when I want to do a very specific set-up for myself, it isn't always possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a collaborative platform where everyone can see my tasks and I can assign tasks to others

Great organizational management
What do you like best about the product?
Layout and its clear precise visual breakdown, when used properly. Monday's dynamic ability to move and track things like due dates is a great aide when organizing and planning out any size of a project. When you use a daily tool for project management it needs to be reliable, easy to implement, and visually non-taxing to sort and this does all of that. Support has never left me with an issue after contacting, and needing support is rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Enterprise level it can sometimes get a bit chaotic with a multitude of different workspaces, though something could be said about the individual users setting it up this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing remote teams to work together in an efficient environment. This allows us to stay organized globally and reduce the time needed to issue updates.
Monday.com has transformed our company communication and operations
What do you like best about the product?
My company adopted Monday.com originally as a task manager for our PMs to use for their projects. Then we added the CRM and it has been so easy to integrate the 2 platforms together. We have also added other departments into the mix and the mirroring of columns to the various dept. boards allow for streamlined communication and keep duplicate data entry to a minimum. Monday.com is a platform that is mostly turnkey and so easy to implement. We use this program every day and are constantaly adding new things as we learn more about it. Love the dashboards too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature to directly link Outlook and Monday.com. We do have a workaround using another program called Zapier, but it is difficult to program, and we had to hire a consultant to help us with the integration to the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have eliminated 5 different programs that we were using and have combined all of them into Monday.com. Now everything "talks" to one another and it is so much easier for everyone in our company.
Easy to learn and implement
What do you like best about the product?
You can adapt to it very easily, you can implement automations intuitively. There are a lot of features and boards. There are slack and drive integrations which makes everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you duplicate multiple items, you have to delete the word (copy) one by one from each item. If there is a time tracking, it is not possible to bulk update the time trackers or reset them. You have to do each one by one.

We manage projects, track time and collaboratively work on a project.
Monday Makes Tracking Business Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, the flexibility for adapting to our business needs and the ability to automate so many tasks that would otherwise require manual attention. The customer service department is wonderful and the learning curve is not steep at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor limitations when it comes to automations in sub-items, but those are not deal breakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to keep track of our clients and at what stage of the process they are in at all times.
Great way to keep my Team Informed
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that every team member can see the updates to our bid schedule as soon as I post them. This allows everyone to be instantly aware of chages or updates to our scheudle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficult thing about Monday is that it is difficult to edit existing items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents overlap and prevents bid dates from being missed
Adjust to our need whenever we need
What do you like best about the product?
We love the fact that we can use API to connect with Acomba and our ERP systems, for the long term, it would be so helpful to automate procedure and implement AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is sometime a mess with all the info and everyone have to deal with the same "layout" meaning that some information that are not important to us, are shown anyway.
in the same thinking, it would be appreciate to have more options in our account to personnalise how (do we prefer windows open immediately, or not, etc.) and what we wanna see.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is used daily in our organization and serves as an administrative infrastructure for all our activities. It helps track tasks, manage budget, and improves communication between the team. It has led to the streamlining of our team's work and allows us to manage complex projects in less time. Easily addapted by our teams.

sometimes simple things require special apps. Forms need improvement. Also, e mails design should be much easier.

Simple, beautiful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create pipelines and boards. It is easy implement and simple to read. I use it everyday especially have deadlines to meet every day. I was able to integrated my email to the account. I only called once with questions at the beginning of implementation and customer support owas excellent.

Not able to link a contact or contacts to an item on the board
