Monday is great for our team to quickly connect and keep our assets organized. The upsides of Monday is that no matter what your business is there's a service that'll accommodate you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday should make the apps a little bit more accessible and have more information and tutorials on how they work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps us very organized.
monday.com is game changing
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with multiple project management platforms and monday.com is by far the easiest to understand, even for a team of varying digital competency. We have basically replaced internal email by having monday.com and it is amazing to have a centralized, transparent repository for communication on shared work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found any downsides to monday.com, although there are tons of ways for my team to use it more efficiently. We do end up with a proliferation of boards that could likely have just been a subsection of an existing board, so I think there is some additional training I could be doing with them, and not something that monday.com needs to shift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has helped us solve so much, but the biggest theme is that we are able to operate cross-functionally and across separate business units with ease, speed, transparency, and centralization of needed information.
Super Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the easiest platform to use. No confusing things about it. You just input your items and bam. Updates & info all in one spot just the way you need. Its even mobile friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. I honestly think Monday is the easiest database I've ever used

Reminders are a great benefit.

I don't like how you have to scroll over the summary to see the full summary, I would like to be able to see it and update/change it like you can do with the comments.

Using the form, our team is able to submit requests and we are able to deligate and prioritize requests easily.
Workflow Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an effective platform when it comes to creating interdepartmental efficiency in the process of onboarding and offboarding employees. By setting up the workflow, each person and/or department can ensure that new hires, role changes, and terminations are moving forward as needed. The ability to communicate through the platform also helps in making sure that pieces are not missed and that everyone is on the same page. Once set up, the platform is easy to use, and the general day-to-day involves just a few clicks on behalf of each participant. We use this platform daily as employees are either hired, fired, or moved into new roles. Ultimately, the platform has helped us stabilize our processes and has enhanced the collaboration that goes on between departments with regard to the dynamics of employment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ability to communicate through the platform is helpful, it currently takes shape in the form of comments. It may be helpful to enhance this with some more efficient form of direct messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in my review, Monday.com has helped us solve any lingering inefficiencies in the process of onboarding and offboarding employees. It has enhanced interdepartmental collaboration since everyone using the platform can see where an employee is in the process, and they can therefore ensure that their pieces of the grander puzzle are completed. As Payroll Administrator, the platform helps me verify items such as start dates, end dates, transition dates, the reasons for any of these changes, and I-9 reception. Prior to using Monday.com, it was easy for details to be missed, and for departments to be unsure of where an employee was at in the process. Monday.com has helped to resolve these kinds of issues.
Intuitive and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com changed my point of view regarding project management. I was a spreadsheet heavy-user before knowing Monday.com and now I hardly ever use spreadsheets for lists, activities and dashboards.
The tool is really easy-to-use and has very powerful functionalities, mainly for integrating and viewing the data.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have only 2 suggestions - increase the available amount of formulas and improve the mirror column functionality in terms of calculation usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a tool that makes team collaboration very easy, gives you up-to-date visibility of information and allows you to visualize data in meaningful formats.
Monday.com is easy to use and so wonderful at keeping our business organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm the Operations Manager for our small team and I live in Monday.com! We use it to keep all our customer database updated, we use it for our podcast pipeline, and we just started using it for our weekly meeting docs and content calendar. Monday.com also integrates with so many other programs we use, such as Google and Acuity, which automates so many steps for us. It's a huge time saver! Anytime I have a problem, question, or suggestion, I email the customer support center and they respond to me quickly and always help me solve my problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have users on the account have the ability to interact in comments.

Monday.com is always creating more and more features, which is nice to impliment if it works for us.
Clean + Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is so simple and easy for user experience. Plus, I like the color coding of different boards for visual aesthetic. It has helped my company and I stay organized and on top of our projects/tasks, making our workflow very efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way Monday.com can automatically time track the minutes we spend for certain accounts without us having to press a push/play button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves project management issues with the ability to assign people to tasks, post deadlines, highlight its priority, and staying organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has become our go-to for communicating, scheduling and time-managment software. It has allowed us to rapidly change priorities, with positive effects on our delivery times.

Although there is a learning curve, once you have spent some time with the boards and automations, it becomes very clear and easy to customize to the individuals needs.

Excellent Work Management Platform with TONS of Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment and the flexibiliyt of design. Almost any work/project management functionality can be designed with the platform.
TONS of integrations, apps (native and community), and automations. Pretty robust community help center as well with loads of use cases.

There is some shortcomings with automating the sub-item level. The sub-items additional parts of any "item" that sits in your work/project management board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a tech-enabled travel agency. This is the best platform for managing our trips, clients, vendors and more. It helps us keep everything aggregated to a few boards and increases team collaboration. The industry and our team is very dynamic... so the flexibility in design and redesign on the platform far outstrips the use case of typical "travel agency software."
Additionally, it's used for project management for the leadership/strategic team. Excellent features, collaboration tools, updates and more. Additional views for a board (such as Kanban and calendar) are super helpful.
