Efficient Collaboration and Tracking Tool for Cross-Department Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com makes it easy to organize and track multiple requests as mini projects. I can set up dashboards to manage my weekly requests and collaborate with other departments, who can update the project status from their side. The platform also allows me to present progress and new requests in our weekly meetings so everyone stays informed and knows their next steps. I also appreciate how monday.com consistently adds new functionalities and delivers features that make the tool even more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I’m very satisfied with monday.com. The platform meets my needs and continues to improve with new, helpful features. One improvement I would like to see is the ability to make changes to a column in one group without it automatically applying the same change to all groups in the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Work Management to track and manage my weekly seat requests, treating each request as a mini project. It allows me to collaborate with other departments, who update the status of their tasks directly in the platform. I also use it to prepare and present progress updates and new requests in weekly meetings, ensuring all teams stay informed and aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's Work Management is awesome. We have been using it as our workflow software for about 5 years and I absolutely love it. It's very visually appealing, which helps to keep things organized when sifting through dozens of different active workflows. I also find it very easy to use and quick to pick up. You can customize so many things to suit your company, it truly is fantastic. I also love the community page where you can go to suggest product features and upgrades.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as Work Management is very customizable, I still find some simple things unavailable that would be nice to have. However, they are constantly upgrading the system and nothing is so inconvenient that it's not worth using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create workflows for all of our client requests and processing so we can keep everything tracked, organized, and it does not get missed.

Monday is a very easy to use and easy understand work management platform. We love using it. It keeps us on track.

Nothing Monday is great! I would recommend it to anyone.

Gives us one place to look at all of the projects we have and tasks to complete.
Essential tool for project planning
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all items assigned to me at a glance and sort them based on due date, priority label, and status label.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some views, monday.com doesn't consistently show subitems with their main task-group information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com Work Management helps my coworkers and me to break down big projects into main tasks. The ability to note task information centrally on monday.com allows us to more easily touch base about priorities and meet client expectations.
It has made things much easier and more streamlined at our company.

I like being able to know what needs to be done and am able to update things live to keep everyone on track.

Highly Customizable, Great Integration Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how customizable monday Work Management is, offering features that other vendors do not provide. Its integration with Buildium via an open API enhances our operations by automating repetitive cycles and facilitating seamless communication, allowing our team to work more efficiently and gain a high-level overview of our processes. I also like how it organizes tasks both individually and at a group level, making our processes more efficient and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few aspects of monday Work Management that I find challenging. First, the forms functionality could be more robust; it doesn't seem as advanced as some other tools like Google Forms. Additionally, the email generation capability isn't as strong as competitors such as SendGrid. Occasional downtimes are also an issue; more reliability would be beneficial. There are some minor limitations that can be frustrating at times, as some features seem unnecessarily restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product integrates with our main software, reducing manual processes and replacing a full-time role, enabling our team to work more efficiently and see a high-level overview of operations.

It does not have integrations with WhatsApp to send messages.

Organization of times and tasks assigned to different collaborators. Know the status of the assigned tasks. Establish metrics to measure the performance of the collaborators.

I love how you can interact with your team so easily. Especially with those international. They make it so user friendly so even if you aren’t well versed with technology you can use this platform!

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about monday Work Management is the flexibility of the platform and the power of the automations. You can structure your projects exactly as you want, create complex workflows with a very intuitive interface, and assign tasks easily. Integration with other tools like Google Drive, Slack, or Zapier makes our daily life even simpler. It has truly improved communication and transparency within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I see at the moment is the cost, especially when you want to access advanced features or add multiple users. Additionally, some automations or integrations could be a bit more customizable or smoother to set up. That said, the support is generally very responsive in helping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allowed us to centralize all our operations and have a clear and real-time view of the progress of our projects. Before, we used several scattered tools, which led to a waste of time, oversights, and a lack of follow-up. Thanks to Monday, we have automated several repetitive processes, reduced communication errors, and improved our team's productivity. Each member knows exactly what to do, when, and with whom, which makes collaboration much smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a game changer in organizing my workload and pushing forward the capabilities of project management. I love the simple yet aesthetic UI and ease of accessibility to find everything I need in organizing my projects. I use Monday daily to help organize my project workload and manage follow ups with contractors and salesmen to keep projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downside I've found is in the cost and limited accessibility that is available for guest users. It would be nice to have a large blanket license with seats to distribute as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping manage visibility on all projects and keep on top of follow ups to allow projects to keep momentum forward by knowing whose court a project is in.
