User-Friendly and Customizable for Any Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
This software is extremely user-friendly and simple to learn. Additionally, it offers customization options to fit your specific workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to turn off notifications for boards you’re subscribed to, you have to visit each board individually and adjust the settings there. As far as I can tell, there isn’t a central location where you can see all your subscribed boards and manage their notification settings at once. At least, I haven’t been able to find such a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me keep track of all the active tasks across my projects. Additionally, I can monitor budgets and generate dashboards and reports, which makes managing my work much more organized.

I appreciate how monday Work Management brings structure and clarity to the grantmaking process for both myself and my organization. The visual dashboard and automation features are particularly impressive, as they streamline workflow and enhance efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, which made the transition seamless. These features collectively contribute to a well-organized, efficient work environment that supports task management and streamlining projects effectively.

Setting up complex work management can be a bit time-consuming, especially for tracking grant-making processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management provides structure and clarity in our grantmaking, ensures task tracking, and uses visual dashboards and automation to improve efficiency.

Essential Collaboration Tool That Streamlines Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a user-friendly tool that I rely on to collaborate with various departments within our company. We make use of Monday boards not only for managing project tasks but also for handling marketing requests from other departments. The platform has become an essential part of our daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience some formatting issues when exporting a board to Excel, which can be frustrating. Additionally, I occasionally find the filter tool a bit confusing to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has provided a platform that allows us to communicate effortlessly within our company while keeping an eye on the tasks we need to complete.
I’d be lost without Monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I’m able to manage all of my work from one place, particularly being able to see sub items and all the files linked
What do you dislike about the product?
It perhaps could be the user issue but not being able to link between boards for instance I’d like to be able to mark an item ‘done’ and it replicate across to the wider teams boards or update across. And when scrolling across to find “Files” it is quite far along where as I think should be more prominent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to navigate all my different tasks and projects in one place, with the added benefit of being able to link and collaborate easy with other teams. It also allows my manager and direct team to be able to pick up work when I’m on holiday or off sick!
Best workflow management software I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
The more you can customize a workflow software, the better it is, and Monday.com is a 10/10 for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there are no complaints from me. The software has gone as far as I can take it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a simple display to view our projects and what stages they're in.
Well-Organized and Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find different tabs, well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have tabs that are only visible to me (maybe there are and i just haven't explored enough?)

Helps keep things organized and holds accountability to making sure things get done.
Great Project Tracking, But Some Items Get Lost
What do you like best about the product?
I like the status tab to see where projects sit and who is working on what when. I like when it notifies you that something is ready for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some projects get lost in monday. I find that I often get a notification, I click on it, and then I can't find the project anymore. Comments don't update quickly which adds to things getting lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps projects moving forward between multiple departments without the need for so many meetings.
User-Friendly and Customizable Platform That Scales with Your Business
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly, easily customizable, and scalable. Our company is able to track almost everything from leads to clients to project statuses all in monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is less powerful in terms of computing power or data analysis than other platforms, and sometimes can be clunky in trying to connect boards to each other or other platforms, or set up automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of where to keep our huge amount of information in a place that is a single source of truth. It's very easy for any of our employees to find information by finding the relevant board. We are also able to track emails and comment back and forth to each other on items, which speeds up our communication and makes it more effective.

Keeping project tasks streamlined and tagging employees in comments for status updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t even think of a dislike! It meets every need I have and beyond!
