Easy, Organized and Accessible, Monday has advanced my work efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate easily cross functionally. Monday has made it easy to streamline conversion while keeping the conversion organized on one specific topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much but the maybe having a notification box somewhere or a feature that shows what pulses I am tagged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the issue of staying organized while carrying an abundance of different tasks. It also allows your to priortize tasks which makes it easier to solve issues and keep clients happy.
Quick, and simple to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
The grouping feature allows me to easily manage large classes of people and organize them. Simple UI, great color scheme.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website takes awhile to load but that also may be my internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to forecast my classrooms and how many people I will be expecting.
CRM Tool that Covers Everything
What do you like best about the product?
It will eventually be our one stop shop to house all pertinent Account Information. Currently, we have an Internal Database, SharePoint, some thing else with Microsoft. Way too many for certain, and once getting everything updated and added it will be so awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I've seen is as a USER haveing the capabitlity to modify the information by a simple click and drag to the order of preferance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all information, documents, emails, contracts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Is super easy to get to know, is super easy to integrate my business core to the neccessities of my project, I like the way it looks, simple, easy, and have a lot of features, automatizations and integration with a great apps for implementate! I use everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, customer support is not accurate at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before, we only usea WhatsApp and mail, so for searching something, it took a lot of time to made the changes, or have the documentation, the request, now with monday it's super easy, we have space's for each thing, and searching info is super easy, now we said "Search on monday"
Great platform that's super user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and very intuitive. It's super visual, which makes seeing the status of everything very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday has some quirky limitations that cause workarounds, and thier API is not the most user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to create a moderatly complex workflow and make it seemless to our users as we improved the overall project.
Gold standard for task and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps all my operations projects and ad-hoc tasks organized and allows me to really see how (and for whom) I'm spending my time. I love that I can categorize tasks by department and category and also by requester. I think it truly shows the value my department brings to the entire company.

I would like an automation based on date (when status changes to done and today's date is between X/in X quarter, move to Y).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me to organize all that I need to do, plan major projects to assure we complete them by the final deadline, categorize the work we do for each department, and manage my day-to-day schedule and to-do lists.
Marketing Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped us manage all of our marketing projects and events more efficiently. We also use it to keep up with our inventory and communicate to our team members as well as our tasks! Building out our project boards is fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team loves to see the llama view of all of our tasks. We just wish we could dress them up!

Monday.com has helped us with project collaboration the most.
User friendly, great option for lean marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great project management tool for smaller teams looking to make their process more efficient but don't need the complexity (or price tag) that comes with more advanced project management tools. Monday.com makes it easy to track projects, create shared workspaces with both internal and external teams, or manage team member's personal to do lists. We love the automation features and how user friendly the platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com should be used in addition to a digital asset management system, it is not ideal for storing files or for having a place to provide feedback/approve files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small marketing team but we manage a lot of projects. We primarily use Monday.com to track new location openings (great for collaborating with 3rd parties to make them aware of opening tasks). We also use it for managing project tasks and making sure everyone on the team is looped in on status, tasks that are responsible for and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its an easy way to keep the team organized while not making them feel like they are being watched or babysitting them! I appreciate that its something you can use daily to help keep track of small subtasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to get your boards disorganized or lose some of your tasks. At first it was a challenge to get the team to start to use it and integrate it because we have a lot of older staff who didnt understand it very much but after a while they did catch on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us see what small tasks were being forgotten or being let slip through the cracks even beyond the due dates which helped us strategize on how to better sustain the work we have.
