What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday.com is its ability to streamline and organize our video projects efficiently. With multiple projects running simultaneously, it provides a clear overview and status updates that keep my team and me on track. The automation features are particularly impressive, as they enhance our productivity by reducing the need for manual updates and reminders. This significantly reduces the chances of forgetting to inform or update someone, making monday.com an indispensable tool for our marketing team. Additionally, getting started with monday.com was a breeze, and it fit perfectly with our existing tools, making the transition smooth. We use monday.com every day, and it has become an essential part of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish monday.com would allow you to have different colums within a board to keep everything in one. There are some workarounds just not as efficent or effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving several key problems for our team. The advantages of Monday.com are that the system is very easy to operate and user-friendly. The explanations offered in the help center and the articles are very accurate.
Our organizational work requires many types of specific boards and Dashboards to different processes and Manday.com provides us with an answer to some needs of the complex processes throughout the year.

What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantage of Monday.com is that sometimes the system does not provide an answer to all the complex processes we have, so we turn to a third-party system or paid applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to manage large projects that are managed by small teams. With the help of the system we built at Monday.com, we manage to increase our impact and expand the events to more participants while the team remains small and high quality.
Ease of Use is Key!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team does not have extensive computer of office-related experience. From a technological standpoint, monday.com is extremely inuitive and easy to navigate. Our cross-functional team is able to track status of projects at multiple facilities with the use of this tool. We use this tool daily for our most vital tasks and projects. Monday.com is also very easy to adopt! We signed up and were using it day 1. Finally, I really love the tutorials available to new users as a built-in feature... great for motivated learners!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about monday.com. One question I do get from new users regularly, relates to the update bubble - people think the count indicates unread updates, vs. number of updates. I don't think a running count of updates is important to display, and would like to see it individualized to the user to only show unread updates in that count. I would also like to see unlimited automations available without leveling up to a more premium account as we do not have the most basic plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is the core reference tool for anyone in management or ownership of our organization. Having one place for everyone to prrioritize updating and managing progress, minimized superfluous communincations and keeps our items in a state of continual progress.

I think it is a great tool to track time and tasks.

I can't track sub tasks, that would be sometimes useful when more then one person is working on the same tasks.

Tracking tasks, time, priortity and due dates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a singular place to access and store all files and documents for a project while easily accessing the status of a project. It has been amazing for streamlining our work as a team and allows us to have updates daily without having to go back and forth. Any time I've had questions about features, I've been able to reach out to customer support and get answers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say negatively about Monday.com. The hardest part is getting adoption of use from some internal stakeholders, but that's not a platform issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com eliminates miscommuniation across different departments within our organization to better serve clients and streamline our processes to allow for ontime completion of projects.

The most helpful thing about monday.com is how easy it to use for various projects, including communicating with team members.

Learning to use the automations can be a bit tricky, but I do like all the features it includes for projects.

Communicating with team members, keeping track of projects, and staying organized is helping me a lot by using monday.com.
We have loved our transition to Monday.com It's helped streamline all our departments!

The color coding is a personal favorite! The efficiencies it's created amongst departments. How customizable it is and that we can have boards talk to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many, super minor things we know their team continues to improve. Like being able to automate a folder for duplication. Some automations are not as intiuitive as you'd like them to be, but again, we've continued to see the improves that we appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are set but they did solve subitems being able to sum to the parent item and that made our world!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a huge help for organizing our clients and customers. Using different boards and automations quickly lets me find the exact content that I am looking for and speed up the process
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to fully take advantage of the system. Once you spend time watching tutorials or going through the website it no longer feels overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my customers and accounts in simple clean views helps to streamline my work process. Additionally, being able to uplaod documents is very helpful
