User-friendly and always innovating!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped my team to stay organized each and every day. We love how it integrates into our communications on Slack, and there's always a new feature or update to try!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have recurring live trainings on utilizing Monday.com to its fullest - our team is only scratching the surface with its capabilities, and it would be helpful to have a guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our fast-paced, diverse teams collaborate cross-functionally on projects in real-time, producing top-notch results in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday.com for so many reasons. Not only is it great for cross department project managing, it's been a life saver to avoid personnel burnout.
With project managing, you assign tasks to team members which also includes timelines + any relevant infor regardinf the project. A simple click of the mouse, you're able to change your perspective into an employees calendar view that shows how many projects are happening that they're responsible for, how much time they have for them, and any additional details about the project they may need.
Having this view really puts into perspective how many projects are assigned and who is doing too much/too little.

Consolidating our project request site with our project managing site with our calendars.. it's incredible
Monday is my Go To!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with external parties. I love the app functionality and the ability to auto-send notifications/reminders. It is an amazing tool to work with multiple parties on multiple items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love a better way to present open task items in more of a snapshot view.

Keeping clients inbox clean and having one place for everything.
Simplify our work projects
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to create and manage the workflows. Communication with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you receive an incident email with an issue, and hope the program doesn't crash down.

Good tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best of monday.com is the posibilito to add automations, so when an action happen you can trigger other actions like changing status or move groups which is very handy
What do you dislike about the product?
The format is a little restrictive, everythign needs to be a table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
is very easy to use to sync, and keep track of the topics we discuss in meetings
Monday refines the workday better than anything else
What do you like best about the product?
I have now used Monday for three years and find myself continuing to appreciate it more than any other software in my day-to-day. It holds so much data and carries so many ease of use systems that teams outside of mine are noticing the impact. If I could get everyone at my company to use Monday, I would.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost too much Monday can do, and despite extensive tutorials, the potential solutions for issues can be hard to find--I think it'd be great if you had more visible content creators that worked with Monday to help fill in gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows for an extremely customizable organization of projects in ways that are shareable across departments with appropriate security measures that allow for better team collaboration than an advanced Excel sheet would.
Best team work dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use by all team members, amazing features and customization for great work process implementation, and easy to integrate into external apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very much to dislike is an amazing workspace for the team

Adding many work processes to our marketplace helps prevent the use of many dev team work process.
Monday for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a decent system, i had never used it before and building it out and setting it up was pretty straightforward. while i am sure i have not used all the features available for the software. My team uses it multiple times a day. It was very easy to set up adn integrate with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They increased the price. I had paid a fixed price for a long time and they changed the price. Not a big issue tho
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday for our recruitment management software for thousands of applicants applying to our company
Great Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility. Most use cases can be satisfied by Monday's out of the box functionality, and outside of that, there's a plethora of integrations and powerups that you can add to your account. It's super easy to use, I picked it up without any training or guidance from colleagues. I wasn't here for our initial implementation, but I understand that it was minimal and very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only some minor gripes about very specific use cases that we can't quite achieve, but they're more nice-to-haves than must-haves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various departments use monday in our business. The primary problems are collaboration, and transparency on project progress.
Utilizing monday.com as a team has been a great experience!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of monday.com was the quick integration and implementation of the status of task completion and communication of each task with our team. The updates were well communicated and the ease of use was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One part I would like to have is a field above the dashboard with information for my team.
