Monday has helped our team keep track of our patients.
What do you like best about the product?
Is way easier to keep patients' demos and other information. What is very useful is that our whole team can see the same information for each patient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is necessary to add a patient on the Leads Board in order to see it in the Tracking Board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use and helps you track overall progress of all types of projects. It's also compatible with Dropbox which really helps sharing files and checking Quality Control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday was a little more compatible with Frame IO given that our team works mostly with video projects.
Perhaps even a few more features for compatibility with Youtube channels would be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to view deadlines, track team member's progress and view project status. This really helps in creating weekly reports for our clients.

Nothing
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see how Monday Work Management solves any problems or benefits me. None of its features or capabilities are particularly useful. There is nothing about it that would make me consider purchasing it again. If I could change one thing, I would get rid of it. I also rated my likelihood to recommend the software as zero out of ten.

I have nothing bad to say as I don't have any negative experience, but it's pricey if using add ons

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is really useful to put all the data in a really clear way, and you can customise it to really make it your own in a really easy way. We were able to get our department up and running on Monday quickly, and we now use it every single day - integrating in other platforms and business partners too for crystal clear communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to report that I dislike about it - they have a good customer support team who've been able to help us with odd technical issues, but overall happy with the platform and its use.

Helps streamline processes, manage workflow, understand resource allocation, and benefits department-wide collaboration across multiple projects.

Monday.com allowed our virtual team to get on the same page and seamlessly communicate across multiple projects. Our efficiency and communication is outstanding!

We utilize a lot of docs for note taking. If you could archive an entire project together it would be incredibly helpful.
We also wish we could privately share boards with individuals and not our full database without upgrading as the plan we have is just right for our small business.

We are able to track every event detail with a lot of data and we aren't starting each event from scratch. Templates helps us to save time and improve our processes.

The automation, easy of use, an incredible simplicity and powerful UI helps you increasing the productivity. It's light years ahead of its competitors

I think for a solo or freelancer might not be the price since it's seats based and the minimum are three licenses

It's easy for user error to break a workflow - would like some kind of contextual limitation on status changes.
