Great for Learning to Build Plans and Lists In New Ways
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility in building charts and interactive "excel" sheets that can be easily digested and swiftly recreated to show data the way you like. It is great at working with a team of multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how many tabs I have to filter through when working in a workspace. I would argue this is due to my limited knowledge of Monday. The capabilites of it require experience and continued use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a dual purpose of lease generation for our student housing company alongside tracking the rents and data involved in that lease creation. It is great at reporting to investors projections on leasing and expected revenue

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable monday.com is to your needs. I've been able to completely create a CRM using monday.com that streamlines business operations and holds all customer information. It's so simple and easy to use while also allowing so much. It was very easy to learn and use and is used daily at both our locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this is super customizable, i do wish there was a little more flexability with it. It would also be great to be able to hide groups from other members. It would also be nice if the mobile app was able to show data mirrored from more than one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two different locations with one crew that does all our deliveries, pickups, and site prep. This allows us to have everything in one place for everyone to see, minimizes the amount of phone calls we have to make between lots, and streamlines the entire process helping us work more efficiently. This also allows us to keep track of each active deal and it's progress so we are able to better support our customers and allow nothing to slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
the automations that can be integrated to make workflow seamless is one of my favorite aspects of Monday.
It is super easy to understand and use in frequent day to day workflow and the implementation of different services and programs helps a great deal to be interconnected and not have to have 20 tabs open.

What do you dislike about the product?
with the latest updates, i wasnt a huge fan of the notifications being moved to the top of the page.

Absolute Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Our team couldn't function without Monday - it's been a game changer:

What do you dislike about the product?
- It can be tempting to use it as a replacement for person-to-person communication/live interactions. Best not to do that but to use as a supplement!
- Flexibility of functionality makes it important to create standardized use practices across the team

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a fully remote team who needs to collaborate asynchronously, we need a way to keep everyone on the same page - Monday.com does that beautifully - we always know what we're working on, where we're behind, and what's next!
My experience with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Automations and project tracking. Being able to get a high level view of the progress on every project in the business is very usful. Instead of reaching out via email or in person, you are able to see regular updates, statuses, and other importantn information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Capabilities. Monsay does not have all the capabilities I think would increase the efficency of projects and programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchase order responses, using automated emails, the team does not have to constantly reach out to who they are trying to ontact, as Monday will email them for you if set up correctly on certain standards. Time flow, deadlines, execution dates, KPIs.

Monday.com helps me stay organized and easily priortize my taks and projects, and share them with my team.

I wish that the Standard version includes Tags and that the dalnedar had a month overview ... not just a day or week.

Monday.com helps us stay on top of all of our projects.
Easy to use and collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday across teams in multiple different functions and one of the best things about it is how user friendly it is. It's easy for us to collaborate across teams, find and update tasks, and view our projects in different formats. I'm not a power user by any means, but for weekly task tracking and making sure that we're on track with our larger projects, Monday has been wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives to note. Because I'm not a power user, I haven't really pushed up against the limits of the current features, but it's been great for everything I've needed it to do.

With Monday we can manage cross-functional projects and workflows with greater visibility than we had before

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's process-driven. Process-driven approaches lead to increased efficiency, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Another advantage is the transparency it provides at every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar views are limiting. You can only view it horizontally and not vertically for every day of the week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows for transparency and sets everyone up for success because you can assign tasks to specific individuals. Everything is documented in one place, which allows for transparency.
Perfect teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is excellent for sharing information as a team in real time. It is ideal for administrative management in construction projects. It has allowed us to share updates between the field office and the administrative office. The designs, documents and daily log are available in real time, and facilitate the preparation of other reports and decision making.
It is easy to use, it only requires an internet connection. Automations are an excellent tool for reporting compliance or delays in activities.

The schedule modality has an opportunity for improvement; currently it is a bit complicated to modify dates and establish real dependencies in the schedule schema.
