The Project Management Tool for Creative Leaders
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday for Marketing and Creative project management, and now other departments have started it to use it for IT projects, general onboarding, etc. We love the easy-to-implement templates, very helpful video tutorial center and database, instant ability to change roles and member responsibilities as projects evolve, daily bird eye's view of every project board and management of resources, files, and updates in an organized way. The automations accelerate our review proces by instantly letting us know when an item is ready to be looked at. The app is also helpful for project managers on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much we dislike about monday; I still think it's the best project management tool I've used to direct my creative team as well as work with leaders across departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and creative work is very detailed work... Previously, managing projects via emails would result in important key details falling through the cracks or the wrong versions being used. With Monday's system, we ensure that all key details are gathered in 1 place for each project, and the Files tab ensures we only ever use the latest edited files.
Monday.com ease of use and flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use, customize, and order data that flows well, without extensive need for programming skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike almost nothing about the tool. We switched from a Sales tool that was unneccessarily complicated and not tuned to busy lives of small business owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to very effectively track our clients, the key person at that client, the sales cycle and our wins and losses. The tool has been a great way for a small team at a small company to track and effectively keep up on our business development.

I love how easy it is to set up automations and connect our whole team!

I feel extremely satisfied with Monday so nothing I dislike.

Monday keeps it simple to keep track of project progress and allows the whole team to be onboard.
Great platform for product development, could use a little more focus outside of digital product

it is a great way to keep your team on the same page, the interface is easy to read and there is a lot you can build. customer support is atentive. we use it every day as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no template or many apps geared toward production or development of physical product. because of that it took a very long time and a lot of problem solving to set the system up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows me to view my development progress and keep track of samples. it also gives me an insight into what bulk production needs from development to keep things smooth.
Monday.com tracks projects effortlessly and efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use. I love the simplicity of Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customized fields would be a great update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we tracked projects on a spreadsheet. Monday.com eliminates the messyness of managing a spreadsheet.
Monday makes my work day doable!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use monday.com. The little encouragements that the app gives me as I complete my tasks makes it feel exciting to move through my work. I use this app every day, and it really is the backbone of my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a number of crashes this year that have lasted for multiple hours. Although in part I know this is unavoidable, it is inconvenient

monday helps me to stay organized, and helps me to complete my own tasks and collaborate on group projects.
Excellent Task Management With Automation Features
What do you like best about the product?
The automations are extremely helpful. Not only do they save time but they help you keep things organized. I use automations on various boards for a variety of ideas to help streamline processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only flaw I currently see is that the site can be somewhat slow, it will take a moment for the page to load when you navigate between boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping with task management, they make it easy to separate individual task between boards for their respective client & also pools them together for easy day-to-day management. Additionally it helps streamline some processes which helps save a lot of time.
Life Saver - best for Collaborating, Project Mgmt & Task Mgmt
What do you like best about the product?
Simple & Autmated method to streamline & to share information to Team Members. The automations are for me the best feature allowing us to keep on track with deadlines & lean our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restrictions or lack there of on text customizations within column fields on main board (table) and character limit even when modifying row to max height.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing monday.com company wide - I was encountering difficulties in the following: Keeping staff on track & meeting their deadlines, Transparency throughout key depts / colleagues on key updates of a project or business problem they all play a role in, & Too much time & effort chasing around information / ensuring colleagues complete their portions of a project due dependecies.
Monday can work for any business!

I use Monday's every day and its flexibility can't be matched. Any process within a business can use a Monday board or system to help it become more streamlined. Most pre-built SaaS platforms aren't flexible enough to adapt to the unique workflows of an individual business.
Integrations and automation are also brilliant within Monday, whether sending information into Monday from an external source using Zapier or simply sorting tasks by the flick of a status.
I love how quickly and easily I can implement a Monday system when an idea pops into my head. Within just a few minutes I can have a basic prototype put together for whatever process I'm trying to streamline.
Finally, a few months ago I had a challenge to build a Monday system for a client with bespoke needs. I spoke with a Monday rep and they were great at bouncing ideas with me. I felt they took a genuine interest in what I was trying to achieve and we both worked together to find a solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
This has somewhat recently been answered but the biggest problem I've found is the lack of CRM functionality. Yes, Monday can store the data you need about leads but they weren't actually 'people' within the system, they were just listed items and connecting them between boards to make some kind of functioning CRM system was just messy.
With the recent release of Monday CRM, this has been answered, though I haven't become accustomed to it just yet. I would, however, say it's slightly disappointing to see this is a separate product when I've been using my boards and system for years.

We're a very small team which means an influx of work can easily feel overwhelming. Monday makes everything so organised. Every process can be mapped out so that the stages of projects are clear for all users to track progress. Headaches caused by overwhelming amounts of work are reduced and less back-and-forth communication is needed to progress projects.
