What do you like best about the product?
Customizability, ease of use, efficiency.
Ist is easily implemented and integrated and ready to go.
As a medium sized marketing agency we use monday.com every day to manage our client projects as well as related tasks of remote team members.

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually nothing. System always runs perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Monday.cvom solves for us is the coordination of project-specific tasks and tickets within our virtual team, which is based in different locations. In addition, it offers the targeted integration of our clients in the implementation process

Helps me keep on top of my project managment!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, flexible in being able to create my boards how I like to view them. It is easy to share with my clients and keep on top of shared work. I use it almost daily and it keeps me in check on what my to do list will be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think that I dislike. It is very easy to implement and if I ever get stuck the customer support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying where there maybe a hold up in the project and who is accountable for it so that we can unblock the delay. It also reminds me of what there is to do and what date it needs to be done by.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday.com, we can easily manage many deliverables by creating custom-tailored dashboards that help us keep precise records of every project and its specifics. The quick creation of to-do lists helps us break down large projects into manageable chunks to keep track of progress and what's pending. Additionally, the capability to replicate projects or whole boards helps us save time during the setup enabling us to kickstart projects promptly with a known and tested framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times when attempting to update entries Monday.com would occasionally generate items instead of modifying the current ones leading to misunderstandings and avoidable duplication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been beneficial, for us in enhancing the way we manage and prioritize feature requests. When working on a feature, for our platform Monday.com has made it easier to gather and categorize suggestions arranging them based on importance and assigning tasks to the right developers. This has streamlined our sprint planning process leading to a development cycle that centers around actual business needs.

Status' and assigning people to a task- easy way to show which step is being worked on and who is working on it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a task may get "stuck in a step" meaning that there is no active step but no know has been notified about this, just ends up wasting some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows multiple people to work on one project without confusion. It allows our company to keep organized on project that are multiple steps, streamline processes, keep a tight timeline, and save time.
Very user friendly. HIhgly organized and easy way to find content.

Not always the timely in terms of tech support.

What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibility to our risk management system enables us to continuously and thoroughly monitor our operational obligations. It has an extensive list of third-party add-ons that creates a smooth integration with other tools to centralize our everyday operations and enhance our user experience. We can connect with other professionals in the sector through the large online community and share helpful tips and ideas that improve our use of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has good functionality, but I would like to see additional support for intricate formulas and dependencies, particularly when it comes to thorough financial planning and forecasting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team can monitor payments and bills from several clients using Monday.com. Our cash flow is improved and the risk of late payments is decreased when we receive alerts of upcoming due dates and incoming payments. Auditing and dispute resolution have also been made easier by the ability to register conversations and attach documents immediately on the platform.
Great for Keeping Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use and it keeps my day to day organized. We use it a ton in our department, but I also use it to keep my daily tasks in order and on track. Great tool!

I don't really have any dislikes. Monday.com isn't my whole work, so I don't get in and create a lot of my own stuff.

It benefits me in many ways. Our department utilizes Monday.com for many different things. We track performance across the company. I utilize to keep my tasks organized.
