Great process and project management!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use - you can create really complicated boards and automations and make things really straight forward, simple, and easy to use... even for people who are not particularly tech savy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more freedom with automations, board filtering, and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company consists of mostly remote and onsite workers. Given not everyone is at the office together, Monday is the perfect online office replacement. A central hub with a single truth.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped me build a clear, organized and thorough project plan that I am able to duplicate as a template moving forward. Very time-saving and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes - one thing I would like to understand better is the timeline column. Sometimes action items appear differently on the gantt chart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that Monday solves for me are the ability to clearly see status of action items that are in motion for a project and the ease of collaboration in terms of who's working on what piece of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily with work. Keeps my work and projects on track. I use it across the team and also for my personal to-do's so I don't loose sight of priorities. I love the intergrations available as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides would be that you need to pay extra for some of the integrations I would like (Canvas etc..) even though we have a professional account. I don't like that changing a column in a board changes all the groups columns. It would be good if you could change a column within a group on a board without changing all the columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well I no longer have to use excel. Thats a huge one. And streamlined communication - eliminating email threads.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated workflows, integration capabilities. Levelled permissions or boards. Consistently improved functionality to native features. Collaboration with clients and various other stakeholders. Transparency of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are stuck to it as imbedded into our org now.

More effcient ways of working accross teams. Bottle necks elimiated with automations doing the work. Transparency of data allows minimal dstracting of other collegues for updatges etc.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best aspects of Monday for me has been the way it facilitates collaboration. My team is distributed across different locations, and the ability to comment directly on tasks and tag colleagues has made communication seamless. I appreciate that I can quickly ask questions or provide feedback without having to jump into a separate chat tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve noticed that the reporting features are somewhat basic compared to other project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it’s particularly beneficial because it streamlines how I approach tasks, prioritizing work based on urgency or importance and eliminating the need for constant status check-ins.

What do you like best about the product?
I can see my projects and deadlines all in one place, which is kept up to date. Has cut down the number of emails I receive and no more hand written post it notes with many 'to do' lists needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to write something, all the email notifications when someone makes a change but I believe this can be turned off, I have not looked in to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To work more efficiency, for example I can plan better, can communicate with colleagues, all the information needed is all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to.use and the simplicity makes it dummy proof. I run à 3M$ / year manufacturing company with a douzen employees and Monday.com does everything i need and much much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any down side or anything i dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectiveness of our whole workflow. We are more profitable and communication with the whole company is instant.
