I use monday Work Management for property management and maintenance requests. It solves organization problems by making it easy to add and manage tasks.
Easy to Learn, Clear Visuals for Tasks and Details
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and visually easy to tasks and their details.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may look overwhelming at first glance but once you take the time to learn the navigation, it is easy to pick up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team was not able to keep track of ever increasing projects and requests coming in through email. By having a briefing process and managing all aspects of the project through monday.com, it became the only source of truth. Projects were better managed and timelines are better met.
Easy to Work With, Fast Implementation, and Proactive Support
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to work with, with a fast implementation. Easy to integrate with various tools like jira. Support is very proactive, I've been contacted in case I needed help.

Intuitive Interface with Room for UX Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the friendly and easy-to-use user interface of monday Work Management. It's appealing and accessible from any device. A good user interface really helps me navigate workflows and projects faster and easily see the status of different tasks and projects at a glance. This visibility is vital to avoid wasting time and helps me prioritize what needs to be done. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can always still be refined. Sometimes the interface seems a bit cluttered, which affects my experience by making it harder to locate things and less pleasant to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track tasks, ensuring they’re completed on time. Its user-friendly interface helps navigate workflows and quickly see task statuses, aiding in prioritization to avoid wasting time.
I used the Monday.com API Playground and API to build a sync to Google Sheets

It's simple to use, but still has the technical backbone to accomplish even extremely unique tasks.

Nothing to add—everything works exactly as it should, and the resources are great.

Our staff makes drop-ships all over the country. This was a way to streamline documentation for billing.

What is our primary use case?
Since January 2025, I have been working as a CEO, so I'm not doing a lot of hands-on tasks anymore, but I'm using lots of Google tools and monday.com, mainly.
The Google tools I'm using include Google Analytics, and I utilize analytics and all the advertisement platforms they have. I do not work with Google Analytics 360.
I mostly use monday.com for reports, as the company's use case is for workflow and for CRM. I'm using it only for reports.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable features of monday.com are mainly its flexibility that I can add any field that I want and it's very light. That's the main thing, and from my perspective, it's also that it's subscription-based per user.
Overall, monday.com has impacted my organization positively, providing an overall view and an end-to-end view of status. I gain more visibility.
What needs improvement?
The user experience of monday.com can be better, but this is true for any platform.
It could be more user-friendly. From my perspective, it's how you handle the fields, but I'm not the one that's using it, so these are observations I've heard about.
For how long have I used the solution?

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Regarding stability and reliability so far, it's good. I have no issues and I've not heard of any issues.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
So far, scalability has proved itself to me as good. I hope to expand by increasing the number of users or to include monday.com in our infrastructure. I am confident that monday.com is able to do that.
How are customer service and support?
I have not personally communicated with the technical support of monday.com. I don't know if I needed any help or any cases that needed to be solved, as I'm not the one that's handling it.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Before monday.com, I used Excel for these use cases. I chose to switch from Excel to something else because I grew the number of customers, and everything grew, and I just needed something which would be more reliable.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We did evaluate other options before monday.com, but I don't remember which one.
What other advice do I have?
For advanced reporting features of monday.com pertaining to my use cases, I'm using only the reports. I don't think I use any advanced reporting features; I only use things that are out-of-the-box there.
We do leverage automation capabilities of monday.com in our use case. I wouldn't know how important and useful these automation capabilities are for me, as I'm not the one that's doing the implementation. I do feel the impact of automation on my workflow; it has become quicker, and I've managed to save some time. It's very useful. The time-to-market is very good.
The detailed dashboards on monday.com are good. I'm using it on a daily basis.
They have not helped me improve productivity across departments like HR, sales, and marketing, as it's not relevant for my use case. We're not using it for that.
I chose monday.com mainly because of the subscription-based model and no commitment, which caught my eye.

Powerful Insights, Customizable Workflow Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management is all integrated and allows you to create exactly what you want. I appreciate the document creation features, like doc export and automated emails, which make creating quotes or contracts easy and quick because all the necessary information is already there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled to find a texting solution from within the platform. I found it complicated and expensive. My colleagues found it a bit harder to navigate initially.

monday Work Management provides insight into organizational progress, bottlenecks, and challenges. It helps streamline document creation, like quotes or contracts, making these tasks quick and easy. I enjoy its integration and customization capabilities, which allow creating exactly what I need.
Real-Time Team Progress Tracking Made Easy with monday Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for task management in our team, and it works great. I like how I can see in real time what everyone is doing and how the progress is going. The tidiness of the app makes it very easy to track your mistakes, which is absolutely crucial for me. I also value the quick search in channel names within the database. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, and I was immediately familiar with it.

Practically nothing..Only the editing of the tasks could be simplified but trust me i am not complaining
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for task management within my team, and it works really well for time management, editing, and tracking progress. I especially appreciate the real-time updates, and I find the app’s clean layout and quick search features essential for staying organized. That said, I do think editing tasks could be more streamlined and require fewer clicks. Even with that small drawback, I feel the app is very close to perfect. The setup process was user-friendly and made it easy to transition from Asana, which I found had some limitations. Overall, I highly recommend it and would rate it 10/10.This app gives you more time and more organisation
Super Easy Automation and Integration Management

It’s super easy to manage automations and integrations, especially compared to other CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t make mandatory inputs conditional—for example, if the status is X, I want column 1 to become mandatory, but I’m not able to set that up.

Compared to our previous CRM, Monday allows us to optimise our approach and find bespoke solutions as the market changes.
Streamlined Project Management with Customizable Features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate monday Work Management for keeping us organized and helping our team run smoothly. It makes collaboration easier by having everything in one place, reducing manual admin, and improving our efficiency and organization day-to-day. I also like the ability to create exactly what we need through Monday vibe and enjoy the simplicity of the navigational features. It's way more creative, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly. The integration with Google Drive and other tools like Monday CRM and Easy Mails enhances our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are quite a lot of small things I want to do that I can't. Like mirror timeline boards cannot be attached to duration. That cross board dependencies are predominantly view only and cannot be utilized as a building block in a different board. The coloring for groups etc is very limited - hex codes would make a huge difference to user experience.
